We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Best location for visiting the city, very kind staff, beautiful and clean room with nice view, very comfortable beds. Staff is always willing to help with everything and the rooms are detailly cleaned daily. Terrific choice for tourists, with the advice not to pay for breakfast, because there are plenty of places in front of the hotel with nice and cheaper food. Would definitely come back to this hotel for the next stay in Barcelona.

SwedenThe breakfast was rich with many choices but the quality was not good. The doors were closing very noisy and we woke up several times during the night. The walls are very thin so you can hear all from other rooms which was very disturbing.
The location is good, pretty close to Rambla. The stuff was helpful and friendly. The room were very clean.

If you're looking to spend most of your time in central Barcelona, the hotel is in a good location, just 5-10 minute walk from the middle section of La Rambla and an easy walk to other popular destinations too. Considering the price, I thought that we got a room that was light, airy and spacious, had a decent view of the street and a pretty luxurious feeling bathroom. Although I can't say I did much to test the capabilities of the staff, they were always very friendly and helpful.

LithuaniaWell, the hotel location is not very nice, because there is a lot of movement and noise from the outside. In the evening is quite unpleasant to walk around. All major places to visit is quite far from the hotel.
The room is quite big, there is all essentials that you would need. Bed also comfortable. Staff are very friendly and helpful :)

United KingdomWouldn’t recommend for solo female travellers or girls on own. Side street to get from La Rambla to hotel can be daunting but 100% safe if you are sensible.
Very clean an reasonable for price paid for the night. Good location one street back from La Rambla, tight in the heart of where you want to be.
