“Everything! The reception staff welcomed us with champagnes and our check in was so seamless, they gave us all of the info we needed and continued to be so helpful throughout the week. It is perfectly positioned between Playa Blanca and Marina Rubicon so all of the shopping, restaurants and bars are within walking distance. The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and very comfortable, we had satellite tv, the safe was free and everything was spotless. Waters, tea and coffee were provided every day for free and the room had a fridge and microwave and a very spacious balcony. The pool area is fantastic with options for both kids and adults, towels included and can be changed all you want and the loungers are also so comfy! Special shoutout to Sebastian behind the bar on karaoke night who took such good care of us and played all the best music. A fantastic trip, will 100% be returning!”
