“What a surprise. A gem of a hotel with lovely, cheerful reception staff. We really made a mistake not booking a longer stay. Merida is worthy of more than one day but the hotel itself is so elegant and charming. We wanted to spend time lounging in its magnificent lobby. Fantastic location right on the main Plaza.
The wonderful young woman happily allowed us to leave our bags after we checked out so that we could spend more time in Merida. She even helped us take our luggage out to our car.”
