WiFi connection was poor. I was lucky enough to get a sim card with a 30gb allowance. However, not every sim card provider will work around the hotel as my wife's 4g signal disappeared as soon as we were entering it. As I mentioned earlier, our problems were always resolved, therefore not always as quick as we would like. We had a problem with extra water delivery to our room, which took around 3 hours.

Firstly, i want to mention that we have chosen the hotel because of its lovely seaside. There are great reefs with a lot of sea life in it. Definitely a great spot for snorkelling. Location also was good as the airport was not that far away and everything we needed was at a very reachable distance. Great, tasty food with daily changing items on a menu. Helpful staff. We faced a few problems during our stay, which were always resolved.

Towels: Too limited, we had to wait a half hour to get towels and wasn't clean enaugh. Food: Low varaity, and i realize that it is fair for the cost price i paid. Plates weren't clean enaugh and its edges are semi broken. Room: No locker in the room.

Staff was nice and friendly specially Mr. Mohamed and Mr. Tamer. Mr. Mohamed takes a good care of guest reviews and notes Room: Clean and good.

The staff was lovely very helpful , i really enjoyed my stay at zahabia. The staff were very helpful from the managers that always made sure we were comfortable and satisfied and especially the receptionist Mohamed mosleh everytime we called to ask for something or about something he made sure we got it he was absolutely lovely and helpful. Everyone at the hotel was happy and joyful. Bbq for dinner had to be my fav thing!!

Some people are very noisy and they don't care about the cleannes. They let the children do their toilet into the pool. You need to go to eat early. Otherwise, the restaurant is too crowded and too noisy.

The place is nice. Have 2 swimming pools. 1 we dint like it's too noisy and crowded. The other one was nice and my daughter liked it very much. Beach was very close to the hotel .The room was clean, and all the area was taken care of. Mr. Mohamed Menam takes care of his guest. All staff are friendly and helpful .

The wifi was non-existent, it was there but so weak that it couldn’t even connect. We were told though that it will be set up with new wires in a week so hopefully it will be working next time

Some member of the staff greeted and spoke to me Russian that I felt inappropriate. The speaker on the beach was as loud as in a club, I couldn't relax, I had to move away. The beach is on the opposite side of the road, it's approachable with a bit of walk. The quality of some food was poor, like dry meet or tasteless cakes from the supermarket. Wifi worked properly only in the lobby. Warm water wasn't always available.

For a 3 stars hotel, it was really good. Staff were nice and helpful, the garden looked stunning, equipped with a lot of facilities. View from the room was stunning and had a huge balcony. High variety of food, including salads, sweets, fruits and many more. Seeing from the boat, this area had the most beautiful beach. When I walked a bit further in the see, I could sea corals with some fish above. I was mostly satisfied.

Unfortunately the slides during our stay (3 nights) were not operating for techical reasons. Therfore our children didn't manage to engoy this facility.

The resort was as expected; clean, quite and with all the enterainment we were looking for. The staff was kind and polite, satisfying all our requests. The food is generally good and variable from one day to another.
