The all inclusive food is awful, barely edible, paid for it and couldn’t eat it 90% of the time as was disgusting every single day.

The beach was a little far from the room so they offered internal transportation. Also the beach was good for us a adult friends but it is not suitable for kids at all. The staff in the restaurant and beach are polite but they are very loud with each other and that is not professional.

Staff was very friendly they checked in us early and did there best to give us a good room. The food was very good and there was good variety. the animation team was the best thing in the hotel with Katie and Amr. They have many swimming pools all of them are great. Really enjoyed my stay.

The food options could be better, the veg wasn't good and lacking, the meat was mostly over cooked. Poor free transport, only one bus to one location a day. Expensive excursions (Get your guide is cheaper, for the same things)

Our room wasn’t clean we told to clean it. Staff won’t clean it again and again. Foods are not for the Turkish customers.

Imported alcohol not included but didn't matter too much as didn't drink much. Entertainment ok but could be a little better. Nothing on the door step if you're wanting to walk anywhere. 'Swim up room' wasn't really accurate

Nice quiet location but not far drives from things. Staff really friendly and helpful. Great dive centre next door (eagle divers). Selection of pools very nice. Good on site spa. Lunch and dinners were good in the main restaurant Beds really comfy and good AC Amazing reef for snorkelling Shuttle bus up and down the length of the resort constantly as too hot to walk up and down the hill. Weak wifi signal is the room, but mobile adat service working well in the whole city incl. on the sea. The coctails are very watered but it is a low budget all incl. service. You can drink a whole day without any problem... There is a free programm (golden sandy beach) when the hotel take you to one of their other facility's beach for a whole day. It is not worth a single penny. The beach is the same as the sea coast of the hotel but you will get only some snack, soft drink and beer in the all incl. service. Much better to stay in the hotel...

This is a correct hotel based on its price. There are more pools (party pool, relaxing pool, pool for families, pool with spa elements) and the hotel has own sea coast as well. Everybody will find what requires. Food is OK. BBQ evening is perfect. Daily snacks on a little limited range but they are OK. Staffs are very firenldy. They are very greatful for a little tip but absolutely not required. The toiletries in the room are more than enough (among if them shaving tools, tooth brush and toothpaste ect.). Cleaing and two bottles of water in your room every day.

Amazing hotel.. food is so delicious, and every day, different themes. Beach is beautiful. But be aware that you have to swim in an open ocean in deep meters. There's no sand and access to the ocean. So, if you're traveling with kids, it might not be a good option. Staff is very friendly. You can book tours from the diving center. I did my diving certification in the hotels beach.

that the reservation wasn't clear regarding the room, as i booked sea-view room thinking it'll be on the first building before the sea, however, i found out the the first building is deluxe and that wasn't clarified. second, we requested one bed, but i found two single beds pushed side to side together.

room of course is amazingly clean, even though we didn't get the bed type we requested. food was really good, and there's always something available to eat and drink. animation team was amazing and fun. the hotel was really nice checking us in at 10 AM, and we really appreciate this. also, the hotel is very close to the airport and that was a great plus. Mr. Basem who was in charge of booking us a safari trip was more than helpful, understanding, and really went out of his way to arrange for us an amazing trip to fit our schedule.

Unfortunately, the internet did not work in most cases.

We had a good time at the hotel, which offered a pleasant relaxation and rest. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable every day, and the diving spot at the end of the hotel had a wonderful marine life. Only a small part of the staff was genuinely kind; the majority seemed indifferent to the guests and appeared to be tired of their jobs. However, the restaurant manager went out of his way for the guests; he is a wonderful person. The food was delicious, especially the desserts, although the breakfast was monotonous. The pools were perfect and provided great entertainment. Overall, we are satisfied and would gladly return to this hotel.

The diving Center tried to steal our money they accused us of breaking one of their equipment which was broken already . They made us feel uncomfortable.

The entertainment budget clearly needs reviewing...we stayed 12 nights and saw the same shows 3 times over at least, only lasting 1 hour each time. After that, guests were left unattended with night-club style music left pumping out until 11pm. The internet connection in our room was poor.

The staff are by far the strongest asset in this hotel....very friendly, hard-working and always a smile. The snorkelling from the jetty is excellent. The food in the main restaurant is plentiful and varied. The hotel prices represent great value for money...but its certainly not 5-star! I had my 60th birthday celebration down on the jetty with a private meal for my party of 9 and this was excellent. Special mention must go to Fares in the beach bar who brought us drinks without us even asking and Beshay in Your Bar who was exceptionally hard-working throughout our stay

There was,unfortunately, one thing striking a discordant note: the presence of a number of guests from a particular country that must remain nameless. Apart from one woman, every member of this group with whom we had to interact displayed the exact same characteristics - they were loud, rude, greedy, objectionable and graceless. There were no smiles, no please, thank you or excuse me, much pushing in front of food, bus and swimming queues, and the thing that I found most distasteful was the loading of boxes of food at meal times to take away as extras or for friends who didn't pay the all inclusive option. We talked to many staff about them, and found that they were universally disliked for the reasons listed. No, they weren't Australians...

Almost everything. The beach was very well organised, with sun beds, towels and very attentive drinks staff, many offers of massages, haircuts, manicures and pedicures, all quite professional, no funny business, fine snorkelling off the pier as well as a dive shop offering tuition and dives over the coral reefs. There was a host of poolside activities in the beach pool, and two other pools for lazing in, and every guest birthday was greeted with riotous laughter and birhday cheers, as well as a small chocolate cream cake. The food was plentiful, varied and of good quality, all available as buffets, and the dining rooms were light and airy. My friends and I availed ourselves of the "all inclusive" option, and felt it was value for money. One of the party had his 60th birthday there, and engaged the pier for a seafood spread out on the end, over the coral reef. The food (seafood chowder, prawn cocktail, seafood platter complete with grilled crayfish and a delicious chocolate mousse) was excellent and added to a wonderful night for us all. That same friend and I accepted the dive boat option (42 euros) for a full day of boating, diving, and a very tasty lunch. The bus trip to the marina was chaotic and it was a couple of hours before we got moving on the boat, but from then on the experience was remarkable. The boat (there were over 50 of them, all large, well-equipped and expensive vessels) was handled with skill, and it soon became obvious that the operation was totally professional and attuned at all times to safety first. The trip visited a number of coral stacks arising about 20m from the sea floor, finishing on a large sand bank where around a thousand people got off the boats and walked on it. The ramping of the boats was an impressive sight. I've left the best til last...

Kids club basically does not exist as such. There is a room, but it's ALWAYS closed and I understand very well that it's complicated having only three animators, BUT, then kids club should not be listed as an option. I twice agreed with animation team to open the club and both times I had to walk around hotel looking for them and feeling like I was distracting them from something more important. So we stopped trying....What's important is to manage guests' expectations, not promise something you can't deliver.

1. Proximity to airport is cool especially to families with small kids. Taxi takes literally 10 minutes. 2. Nice sea with fishies, live coral and at the same time kids can play at the flat area of the sea. 3. Food was normal. Selection of fruit at lunch and dinner was quite poor, but I understand that with such nice room pricing, it's something that's evening it all out. 4. Most staff are very pleasant and are nice regardless tips. You won't notice anything even if you don't tip. 5. There are always sun-beds available, it wasn't a problem to find one and there was no need to wake up early to occupy them.
