The food was very average to say the least. They really let themselves down with the food. There are no usb ports available in the hotel for charging phones etc.

Construction around the hotel is noisy. I upgraded my room and paid extra to avoid construction noise, but still trucks and noise was all-around since early morning.

Great staff, friendly and helpful all the time. Lovely beach with coral accessible without long walks.

Suggestion for improvement: The shuttle between the beach (Shell bar) and the hotel might be schedule in such a way that we know in advance when to be present to board the shuttle bus. i.e. 4 times an hour between 08h00 and 17h00, at 00, 15, 30 and 45 :-)

The personal in very kind and helpful. At the reception as well as for the room service and the restaurant. It is a destination and hotel we like to come back.

So much wasted space, rooms miles from centre of hotel! Buffet meals are very hit and miss, especially at dinner, terrible vegetables and worse potato gratin imaginable (which I didn’t think was possible to mess up)! It’s still mango season in Egypt and not a mango in sight, fresh fruit for breakfast was very disappointing, although excellent omelette stations.

The staff are lovely and incredibly helpful. The spa is definitely the best thing about the hotel, although I’m not a golfer so can’t comment on golfing!

I was going without a car so I was suffering to get any shuttle bus all the timing is not correct and at night we can not go to the Marina Availabilty of the busses shall be considered

Only small thing I would like to mention: as I am travelling alone and I am a woman, the service staff in the evening did ignore me at the beginning. Once the ice was broken, all was very good. But I was nearly through my dinner when they started to ask me if I need something (and no, it was not very busy)

It was not my first time at The Cascades. Basically I only use the hotel to sleep. I work during the day from my room and in my free time I meet friends and former colleagues. I know the Chef since years and he is adorable. Had once dinner: was okay, had once breakfast: was okay

When we reached the room we found the toilet dirty so we called the reception which responded quickly. It’s not a beach front but their is a shuttle comes every 10 minutes and takes less than 5 minutes to reach the beach so I wasn’t bothered.

It’s calm, quiet and well maintained. This is the third time I stayed their and definitely would love to go their again. Food is great although there were some items existed before but not now but still great menu and delicious and better than many hotels we stayed in before.

The food wasn't nice ,,and when u said to the chef about the pasta he was upset and didn't want to hear us ,as we are italian we know how to do a pasta..

The pool is very nice ,,the beach also us very nice u have to take a shuttle bus to go but the water is very nice .. The hotel is nice .the stuff is very polite

Everything was great since arrival and smoothly check in from the reciption includes people smiling and warm welcomes let u feel like home....room is bigger than any other resort; path materials are high quality's ....the response for any request was fast and great.... The SPA is great as usual.....I do plan to go back with my wife for more relaxing.....beach and cleaning of sea water on was excellent...
