The mini fridge in the room, although very useful, was also quite noisy. I had to pull the plug for the night to fully benefit from the quiet of the place.

What a treasure. We arrived after five days in bustling Cairo and we were overwhelmed by the zen of Tzila. We found the rooms refined in their simplicity, with nice and simple but very functional bathrooms. The staff were super nice and accommodating throughout. The activities - safari, pottery, boat trip - were most engaging and well organized. The early morning safari with sunrise at the Magic Lake was an unforgettable experience. Thank you Ahmed and Rengu for making it such. The authenticity of the Tunis village completed the picture. I would never trade this for an all-inclusive week in a big resort.

Everything was great, just there were some issues with the water after having shower. The room was not properly cleaned, some spots were very dusty and there were some signs of previous celebration inside the room.

Amazing spot in Tunis village! Cozy and clean territory, nice swimming pool, tasty food, pleasant music, friendly people. Free parking spot. Super comfortable bed! Very calm and quiet atmosphere, managed to get some rest, escaped from Cairo for several slow days. Superb!

Some of the rooms were renovated but others were not.

The hotel is very cozy and relaxing. Its design is very special combines simplicity with modern equipment. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The pool is a bit small, and there are just 2 chaise longue, some time there is a mosquito rush. It’s a must to have a mosquito repellent.

It’s very nice place and well designed in an attractive traditional way, its’ relaxing and you can mingle with others or enjoy your privacy. The food is very nice and tasty. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

We found a worm on the bed …. The dinner (grilled chicken + veggies) was not the best, definitely it was not 1/2 of chicken as stated on the menu Due to a private event the second day of our stay was restricted for us (sitting on the pool not allowed)

Very nice place, very peaceful. We enjoyed a lot our stay on the first day (not many people were there on the first day). The staff can organize nice trips for you. We did pottery and horse riding and enjoyed it a lot.

The facility is not so good , the AC heater did not work well. The sippers should be provided. Cleaning needs to be improved. The sofas on the roof should be better maintained.

The water heater in the room only provided hot showers for 5-7 minutes, hopefully an easy fix. Overall a very nice stay.

Beautiful grounds, rooftop, pool, rooms, archways and architecture. Friendly staff, comfy beds, nice towels, clean air, solid food, lovely firepit every night.
