The swimming pools needs some regular cleanning

Our stay was simply amazing! Our room's view was over all the pools (except the one with aqua park) and it was really a great view, as we had the chance at any time to watch the animation team and even engage with them inside the swimming pool. Housekeeping was doing good and regularly clean our room well. Food was served in an organized way to be easy for you to choose whatever you like and also the variety of food and taste is very well. Also, staff at the restaurant were really friendly and helpful. All swimming pools were great really but they need some cleanning. We understand that green areas bring bugs but you will not be happy when you swim next to a bug. Animation team is outstanding and performing great shows, keep it up! Special thanks to Mr. Abdulaziz, who was always friendly, helpful and supportive whenever we need anything, many thanks really ! Also, thanks to Mr. Ahmed at reception who was contacting us on daily basis to make sure everything is alright. And I don't want to forget Mr. Fekry and Mr. Awad, thank you many times really for everything. We really enjoyed our stay, and this is not the last time for us definitely!

The location is quite far from city centre. About 17 miles (28km) only a cheap 30 min uber drive however.

Resort is beautiful. Exploring is very fun, so much to find including food places on the resort, activities and chill out areas. Endless selfie locations. Amazing free shows in the evenings. Non stop free food throughout the entire day. Overall brilliant place to stay for a month as a week is simply not enough. Ayman at the front desk is a brilliant, helpful and a very friendly face to have introduce you as a guest.

Only the pillows were bad and hard I had one problem there my reservation from booking.com included wi-fi during my stay at hotel they asked my for extra charges

Dinning and lobby AC wasn’t cd enough but it is ok.

since we arrived everything extremely great starting from reception Mr Sameh who let us to have an early check in and was very helpful, friendly and cheerful. The room was very clean and spacious. We were upgraded to deluxe free of charge and had a great pool view from balcony. Hotel has several elevators and accessible facilities. There is a kids room with animation team who can take care of your kid while you enjoy the sun and well deserved vacation. As all inclusive we had non-stop food, snacks and soft drinks/cockails. The food quality was great and very tasty with various options for any preference. Restaurant staff was very friendly, approachable and cheerful. Special thanks to Mohamed who was helping in kids food corner. There were several different programs daily for kids and adults.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Tropitel Sahl Hasheesh, and I can honestly say that it was one of the best holiday experiences I've ever had. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and generosity of the staff were truly remarkable. Every team member went out of their way to make us feel welcome and ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. The attention to detail, the warmth of the staff, and the beautiful surroundings all contributed to making our holiday a great memory to remember. The food was exceptional, the rooms were immaculate, and the amenities were top-notch. A huge thank you to the entire team at Tropitel Sahl Hasheesh for creating such a wonderful experience for us. Limited time slots for opening the front marine (where the main coral reefs); limited time for opening the water slides area; early closure of the beach and pool areas (at 6 pm, whereas the most beautiful time would be from 6-7pm). I suggest thinking in measures to reduce food waste (a set menu like in the Italian/ Mexican instead of open buffet), and to reduce plastic use (may be water filters in rooms instead of plastic bottled water)

Perfect for family, safe place for kids, very clean hotel, all staff were helpful and respectful, doing their best for the guest to enjoy their stay, big and special thanks to Mr Zaki (manager at the reception, for being so professional and extremely helpful); and Mr Hassan (from guest relations, who called twice to check everything is okay and whether we need anything). Entertainment team is outstanding (excellence program, variety suitable for all ages, trying to involve everyone), room service is excellent (very efficient and so respectful), life guards(well done for being so alert, this gave us feeling of safety). Food was good (remarkably extensive variety)

I didn't like the food at all, they cook almost same foods every day, the food were very basic and very limited , not many options available, so we stay hungry quite few times because there's nothing to eat. The bed in the beach ⛱️ used to be free for everyone on my last visit but this time if you want to used them you have to pay $20 per day what disappointed me so much as the beach facilities should be free for Al inclusive package. Italian restaurant one of the worst food ever, really disgusting when they serve the pizza uncooked.
