It's one of our favourite hotels in Egypt (not the first time). We go with our family and friends and we know what to expect, the perfect part is that they are keeping the excellent level of everything. Rooms - Clean and spacious with all the needed facilities, nice and comfy bathroom. Food & Restaurant - Breakfast and dinner were awesome, a lot of varieties with very good quality. Everyday is a different theme for the main restaurant. We loved the seafood and Egyptian days :) - There are 3 other restaurants (Indian, Mexican and Italian) but we didn't try them. Staff - Very friendly and polite staff. Beach - Sandy beach but only good for walking not swimming as it's too low. To properly swim you have to walk on the bridge after the corral reefs then you can step into. Pool/water slides - Pool was very clean and we enjoyed the water slides with our kids :) Activities - There are a lot of activities we couldn't try all of them but there is a nice place for kids where they can slide, jump and swing. Although we went on June and it was hot, there was very few insects not annoying at all.

One of the staff was a bit rude all the time, I think he is the manager of the pool safety guards. His name is Emad and he needs to learn how to put a smile on his face.

Had an amazing stay, everything was above my expectations. The atmosphere at the hotel is really nice, the staff is really good and professional, easy and smooth check in and check out at the reception, bars everywhere, food is available throughout the day, animation team doing their best to make happy. Food needs more variety at the main restaurant but the quality is very satisfying. Overall we were very happy about our stay and definitely will repeat it.

Staff was great, except one, I guess he was a night shift receptionist - Mohamed. I would not say he was rude but nice either. I felt like I am not welcome there. But one more time, the staff was the best.

The front desk isn’t the most friendly compared to the rest of the staff. The food in the romantic dinner was not as good as 2 years ago. Quality went down. Mexican restaurant food is not good. Missing a lot of the right flavors and ingredients. Being from Texas, I got to say it’s nothing like Mexican food. Maybe can try churros or something easier to make for dessert.

This is the second time we stay here. The quality is overall great. The room was clean. The buffet is really good!! Some of the staff was amazing. Mahmoud from House Keeping, Zaineb from Guest Relation, Moody from the Mexican Restaurant, Emad Estafonas was very caring and made our romantic dinner very special. I love how these individuals had the sense of ownership to accommodate anything to make us happy. You can tell that they love their Job. Thank you everyone!!

The alcohol drinks are bad, I mean those from all inclusive system. If you want to drink a good beer, wine or everyhing else you should buy it, not too expensive.

The location is very good, but still a remote one. It is not close of Hurgada city, in case you want to be. The room was very big and very clean, also the bathroom. All meals are very good and you have many options. They make a very good egyptian massage. I've received also a good chocolate cake for my birthday, it was a big surprise 😀 They have 2 very nice places to make snorkeling exactly on their own beach. Very clean beach and very good services everywhere in the resort!

Workers selling excursions were a bit annoying so just get a red band for the sunbed and they’ll leave you alone. Food was fine, edible but didn’t fancy seconds

As always for my 6th time Tropitel Sahl Hasheesh is the perfect place to enjoy your time. Starting from the very helpful staff specially the reception (Sameh And Zaki ). The hotel is very clean, extra ordinary location and view. The food quality is excellent with big variety. The fun never stop inside the hotel. Everyone enjoy every moment. Even 2 night bars available to watch football games and to have fun. Thank you for the very good stay as always.

Slow interner connection

We enjoyed a lot staying at this hotel. The hotel is in an exclusivist area in the desert with a long and nice promenade along the sea. The room we got had an amazing sea view. It was a very clean, large and comfortable room. Food was very good and the animation was the BEST! The pools are very clean and the one for children was warmer and had a few slides. We highly recommended staying here.

Two much bikini

Every single detail actually,it's not our first time in Tropital, we do love the stay, view, snorklling, aqua, the whole staff work 24 hrs with a pure smile and great hospitality Specially Mrs. Zeina the guest relation manager, she is following up the guests by her self on daily bases, she went the extra mile to meet and exceed our expectations, Thanks Zeina, I wish we meet next time.

The pool wasn't always heated. The Elevator which was near our room did not work properly, the doors were aggressively closing.

The Food was good and had lots of variety. Loved the Plants and gardens. The staff was mostly friendly and attentive.

Nothing every thing was good

Honestly, all the staff were very professional at the accommodation level, from the cleaning room staff to the restaurant staff, all the way to everything related to the entertainment at the pool. There are people who are always smiling and trying to make everyone happy, even though the hotel was always 90% crowded with customers from all countries of the world.

More allergen information above food is definitely needed, we had an issue with some peanuts in a cake which was resolved by guest relations however unfortunately reception staff didn’t react very well on the evening of the issue . Avoid mini market as Man in the mini market became highly aggressive when he tried to scam us £30 for 2 key rings. We had to almost run away. The Italian and Mexican restaurants are basic and unfortunately the buffet restaurants are very basic and they advertise them as 2 when in reality they both serve the same food. The sales people became a little persistent and annoying towards the end even with the red flag on display and can sometimes become a little to close for comfort.

Great location on a private beach. Lovely clean spacious club room and well maintained gardens and facilities. Plenty of sunbeds and restaurants are clean and tidy. Staff on the most are friendly, but very male populated. Lovely lady at guest relations happy to help with any issues. The beach is nice and the bar staff will happily bring you drinks.
