Super nice hotel! Great hotel. Everything was nice. Me and my family would surely choose it again next time. Great location, perfect service, friendly staff. I’d like to thank Ms.Vana for her extremely support to facilitate everything for us even without request also, she upgraded the room for us as it’s the first time visit. Good value for the money. My family and I had an amazing stay at Titanic Palace in Hurghada, filled with enjoyable and unforgettable experiences.

The pool was enjoyable for both kids and adults, and it was maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and safety, with a special focus on ensuring the safety of children. The food was of good quality, and the staff, including Mr. Omar, Abdulrahman from reception, Hassan from housekeeping, and restaurant staff members Yussef, Sarah, and Abo Hamza, were all excellent and supportive.

• The resort provides a wide range of continuously refilled food options, but the overall taste, especially of the desserts, is mediocre, with the exception of the seafood night, which was outstanding. • Guests with limited mobility should be aware of the limited elevator service and the availability of only one operational electrical escalator between the ground and first floors. • The snake bridge in the sea offers snorkelling and swimming opportunities but is in need of maintenance and safety improvements, particularly regarding the slippery stairs. • Restaurant staff require proper hygiene training, as they have been observed handling bread and tea bags with bare hands and without gloves. • Additionally, housekeeping staff should be mindful of maintaining quiet during morning shifts in the corridors to ensure guests' comfort. • To guarantee safety, pedestrian bridges over swimming pools must be equipped with anti-slip strips to prevent accidents. • Ground-floor rooms, especially those near pools, should have reflective glass for privacy. • Mosquito wire mesh screens are crucial due to the prevalence of mosquitoes at night, enabling energy conservation by turning off the air conditioning when the weather permits. . Despite the availability of internet access in various locations, the signal's reliability remains inconsistent.

Children can enjoy the play area and kids' club during the day. The shallow beach with clear water is suitable for children and has various facilities and seating areas. • Evenings come alive with captivating shows, particularly the remarkable "light show," ensuring a memorable experience.
