I loved the overall experience at the property. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive especially mr abdel salam , always going out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The food was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The location was perfect, offering beautiful views , The room was spacious, clean, and well- designed, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The swimming pools were well-maintained and provided a great space to unwind. Overall, everything about the property exceeded my expectations, making it a truly enjoyable stay.

The crew was very friendly and helpful. The reception was smooth and all requests were met quickly. The room service was excellent, and the staff was always smiling. The rooms are very clean, and they are cleaned daily with care. The hotel has a beautiful swimming pool and a well-equipped gym. The restaurant serves delicious food. The price is considered appropriate compared to the services provided. The presence of excellent amenities and good service makes the accommodation worth the cost.

Since we had already stayed at another Sunrise hotel, we chose the Anjum hotel thinking it would be the same. Our first impression was not satisfactory. Fortunately, Marcelle took care of us and showed 100% commitment, full professionalism and the right approach to the client. Thanks to Marcelle, our stay was very successful and we extended it. Marcelle is a person who should get a promotion in this hotel!!! She is a great employee !

The hotel was spectacular in terms of the location, view, cleanliness, style, and the food varieties and quality. I would like to thank all the staff for the lovely experience, especially Mr. Abdel Salam and Mr. Sameh for welcoming us and fulfilling all our needs during the stay. Also, I would like to thank Chef Mahmoud and Mahmoud, farouk, mohamed, and ahmed from the main restaurant and bars for the amazing food and services which they provided to us.

Czech RepublicTHIS IS CONTINUE WHAT WE LIKE! BOOKING DONT SUPPORT LONG MESSAGES :-) Regarding the food: Honestly, we only used the main restaurant for breakfast, and we attended the BBQ evening once. All the food was of slightly better quality than what we are used to in other hotels. However, the surprise for us (and the reason we didn’t visit the main restaurant much) was the Italian and Asian restaurants. Here, you don’t just get the standard hotel dining experience but a true culinary delight, which we really did not expect in Egypt. Excellent sushi, outstanding beef steaks, pasta on an Italian level. Special thanks go to the waiters, who, even when you're unsure of what to choose from the à la carte menu, are happy to advise or, as in our case, bring you a bit of everything so that you can enjoy the full experience. (We highly recommend it 11/10). Regarding the hotel’s atmosphere: Every evening, the animation team prepared a nice program. We must highlight the fire show performed by a hotel employee, which really captivated us, and we will remember it for a long time (Thanks, Mohamad Fire). Events take place either in the main lobby, the theater, or on the beach. You certainly won’t be bored any evening. Overall, we would rate this hotel 11/10, and we would love to return. A big thanks to Abdelsalam, who was constantly available on WhatsApp, and any of our wishes were fulfilled within minutes. This is one of those hotels that truly deserves to be called a five-star hotel. Thank you, and see you soon!
How should I rate this stay... Upon arrival at the hotel, we were surprised—the reception is beautiful, everything is clean, and the staff is very friendly. A welcome drink and a moist towel for refreshment are a standard here. We arrived at the hotel as early as 9:00 AM, and to our surprise, our room was already prepared for us. Before checking in, we went to enjoy breakfast (which was excellent). Unfortunately, we were given the wrong room, which had separate beds instead of a double bed. However, this was not a problem that Abdelsalam (the front office manager) couldn’t solve within a few minutes. Within 20 minutes, we were moved to a new, beautiful room. Regarding the accommodation: The rooms are very nice and modern. Since it's a new hotel, you might encounter a few minor issues (in our case, the air conditioning stopped working for a day), but a quick call to the reception, and everything is resolved to your satisfaction within minutes. The rooms are exceptionally well-equipped, and you will find everything you need for your stay. We greatly appreciated the regular restocking of the minibar. We had a Swim-up Junior room, which has direct access to the pool, and there was nothing to criticize about the room. Regarding the staff: We were pleasantly surprised that everyone greeted us and smiled at us. Any request or question was handled with a smile. We would especially like to thank the gentlemen (probably the restaurant managers) of the Italian and Asian restaurants, the friendly waiter named Samy, and the excellent bartender Abd.

SwitzerlandWhat we liked less: The hotel teams are excellent. However, when it comes to activities, the hotel works with partners, and the quality ranges from good to downright bad. Most activities are far from the hotel, and often the displayed price is never the final price—there are always additional costs. You can expect an extra 20-25% on top of the listed price. Most employees speak German, but very little English, which makes communication difficult for non-German speakers. What we didn’t like: We did a quad biking activity through "Shaunisland Flash Tour." We were taken into the middle of the desert via a straight road with strict rules not to deviate or turn. We ended up in a Bedouin shop in the middle of the desert, where we were practically forced to buy overpriced products. We found ourselves alone with more than seven people giving us hostile looks, and we had to request assistance from the hotel security once we returned, as the person who had driven us became aggressive. At the end, the hotel forces you to leave a positive review before departing, standing next to you and practically dictating what to write, thus blocking honest and balanced reviews. We wanted to give an amazing review, but this left a bitter taste
Honest Review of the Sunrise Anjum Resort Summary: If you're looking for an all-inclusive experience without aiming to do many activities, go ahead without hesitation. You will have an excellent time. Especially if you speak German However, if you want to engage in many activities, you might prefer a hotel in Hurghada or Sharm-el-Sheikh, where activities are more qualitative and better situated. Positives: • Hotel quality • Food • Various teams (reception, opening team, Waiters) • The rooms • Hotel is not overcrowded Neutral: • Location • Employees primarily speak German Negatives: • Activities are far away, and not all hotel partners are professional • Occasional feeling of insecurity • The prices mentioned are never the final prices My girlfriend and I spent a week at the Sunrise Anjum Resort in August. Overall, the experience was very positive, and we were pleasantly surprised by this resort. What we liked: Overall, everything related directly to the hotel. The reception, opening team, cleaning staff, servers, and bartenders were all extremely polite and helpful. You can contact them via WhatsApp at any time of the day or night in case of any issues. Special mention goes to the splash bar and its two bartenders, who were super helpful, and the cocktails were incredible! The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and not yet too crowded (as it just opened). The food is good, and there is a wide variety of options. You won't get tired of the meals even after a week. However, it’s not very well located. It's about 1.5 hours south of Marsa Alam airport, which means that most activities are also far from the hotel.
