Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe WiFi is only available in the main areas of the hotel, we had next to no WiFi in our room. City view rooms are not relaxing and do not enable a good nights sleep as taxis horn all through the night. Some of the holiday reps can be very pushy with activities and requesting reviews.
The staff are generally extremely friendly and helpful. Ahmed from Concierge is an angel. Food was very good and had diversity, desserts were lovely, especially the caramel mousse. Rooms were big and well cleaned.

I’d like to extend my sincere thanks to the reception team, especially Mr. Mina and Mr. Bashar, for their professionalism and attentiveness. They ensured that all my needs were met promptly, making my stay smooth and enjoyable. A special mention also goes to the housekeeping team on the 6th floor, including Mr. Mahmoud, Mr. Abo El Hassan, and Mr. Moustafa. Their attention to detail and dedication to keeping everything immaculate ensured that my room was always clean, comfortable, and well-prepared. The service in the bars and restaurants was equally impressive. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always eager to provide excellent service. The food was well-cooked and delicious, and the variety of drinks and meals offered made every dining experience enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking excellent service and a memorable experience. I’m already looking forward to my next visit.
