The only issue was my watch went missing from the safe. I would have given excellent rating otherwise. I reported that my watch was missing from the safe at checkout and also via email. I am still waiting to hear back from the hotel regarding this incident and hoping to hear back soon.

The restaurant’s staff is very nice, courteous, and friendly. They provided outstanding services. The animation and entertainment team is fantastic. Special acknowledgment for Magda, the baker, who always has a nice smile on her face and bakes the most delicious bread, Ibrahim El Said, and Mohamed Gamal for their outstanding service at the restaurant.

Animation music is too loud, lack of food variety (fish in particular), security personal not very pleasant, but at lest they are very present. Spa could be better.

Animation music is too loud, staying at our jacuzzi pool was not very calm, the personal is very nice, if you are lucky to be able to make reservations at the 4 restaurants, do it, Italian and Indian in particular are very nice (we seated outside). The main restaurant is OK. Room service and housekeeping is excellent! Evening shows are OK if you like that. Beach is superb, the sea is going very far, but still nice. Diving club is good.

We need to tarin the customer services especially in the restaurant and over the pool and seaside to better contact and communicate with the clients as they are not considering their way of communication in good way especially for Egyptians. The management is overcoming this in a very good way, Mr Ahmed in the restaurant for example overcome the miscommunication with the service provider and the accountant with me as they were not really considering the main principles for better communication and customer satisfaction. They certainly need more training and feedback from the management for their ProFormance.

The animation team was very very poor every day and they ask for extra money if you want to see special band which is normal in any hotel , they give you all inclusive but with low budget , many normal things in the hotel you have to pay extra money to get it even the mini bar inside your room , the staff in the reception not friendly too much specially the girl , she tries her best to make you pay more money , she did that with me when I tried to make late check out

my reservation was all inclusive., The food was very good , really more than what I expected , specially the lunch , many big hotels not care about lunch, only breakfast and dinner but really there are several kinds of food , I liked also the swimming pool , its big and there are many caves where you can escape from sun heat under it and waterfalls too , also the beach they divided it to three parts , one sand beach and another one more deep and the third one for snorkeling

1-The entertainment shows were poor. 2- The sea beach is not safe . 3- Juice is a very bad taste. 4- The animation team was not talented. 5- The waiters are not enough for the place on the pool or on the festival at night, and they are not helpful. 6- No extra activity at night after the show, from 10 pm till the morning, no activities for us adults and also for the kids. 7- Need to make an announcements board for all the activities, shows, and other activities outside property.

Few staff members were outright Rude . lack of internet access in rooms ,even mobile data didn’t work which i suspect was a tactic to push guest to buy the paid Wifi services . animation shows were lackluster and the only decent one required me to buy a ticket !! No fresh juices included , all of them came with extra charges . Sea level very low, you have to walk a considerable distance just to swim

The hotel didn’t provide enough amenities. The ocean was low tide during the day so you need to walk far to get to the water. My son got injured on his feet - animation team did not care to find a first aid kit - they told me to go to kids center, I went and the girl showed me the first aid box which literally did not have anything in. She didn’t have a bandage nor she cared to look for one for me. I find the attitude of animation team very discriminatory and not kind.

The facility was good and the pools had many different options for example volleyball or a goal.

Unfortunately because of that 1 incident I'm not giving them 10 stars. So we had a great time, stayed there 7 nights, got the flu on day 5 what was really unpleasant but nothing could have been done other than resting and getting better so especially for our last night we wanted a good night sleep for our flight home the next day. In that last night at 3:15 am we woke up cause someone was playing Arabic music right outside our room until suddenly someone entered our room with their card (so it must have been a worker) we started yelling and were fully in shock, the guy left saying "I'm so sorry". That made us stay up the rest of the night cause we couldn't sleep anymore, also questioning why the f*** someone would walk into our room? That was really a shocking experience. Next day at checkout tried explaining it to the receptionist, didn't understand neither German nor English, how can you be a receptionist not knowing English? How does that work? Anyway very disappointing, not going back there. Dear Hotel, if you read this, please explain me why one of your employees entered room nr. 7090 at 3:15 am on Sunday 1st October? I'd really be curious to know.

Almost everything was absolutely perfect. We had a great, big, clean room, the food was plenty of variety, quality was great (we didn't like the cake though), snorkeling was great, pools were nice, the poolbar was really good, we overall had an amazing time apart from one thing. Staff is also extremely friendly and kind.

The communication was a bit lacking prior to our stay as I was not able to get a confirmation from them that 2 extra beds would be provided in the room for the kids. Booking.com should either put it in the deluxe double room description. But once we got there and the beds had been provided in the room, we were happy and really enjoyed our stay.

Great resort for families, the double deluxe room was great, spacious and clean and 2 extra beds were provided for the kids. The hotel facilities were really good, plenty of pools to choose from, being on the beachfront was lovely, all inclusive buffet food was really good with plenty of choice everyday. The spa massage was amazing and they even looked after the kids in the jacuzzi.

Rooms are great! Big, very modern and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Especially Kerolis on the pool bar, what a star! Food was very good in the main restaurant. Good quality food and drinks.

The only issue in my accommodation was that my suite door lock was jammed. In the resort's main restaurant, there was a specific waiter who I didn't like the attitude of towards my sister in law.

Food is whithout pay means trasfood. You cant cant swimm at the beach only 100 m walk. You should pay extra money for anything, forexample popcorn, not local coctails.

the staff is awesome, Mr Ali at the reception gave us very comfortable big room when he saw i have 2 kids with garden and extra 2 beds on the ground floor which was great to us as a 4 members family. Also the guy on the popcorn section was very kind to my child event when he made crisis :D Finally would like to thank the beach buggy he was very nice also to my kid .
