The food should be a little bit better in,quality not quantity (the quantities were excellent ) The snacks between the meals at the beach only opens during the lunch time and it should be extended until 6 pm . The Aqua working hours should be extended from 2pm until 6pm instead from 3 pm to 5pm Two swimming for the whole resort is not enough,the pools are crowded all the time, I think the first swimming pool is very small and should be extended to be a little bit bigger as there is a big free area around it in order to support more people as most of the people swim at the Aqua pool.

I recommend this hotel for families that have small children.

There was no food parcel system for room although it was mentioned in facilities. I had to wait long to make my 3 yrs old son eat. Rest was ok

It was great experience to stay at amphoras aqua, Food taste was very nice. Special thanks to Ms nathalia, she changed our room quickly as the first room was very small and was not like what we booked. The only missing part is beach, but shuttle service made it easy to go to amphoras blu for nice rock beach. Only one suggestion, they should add small slide for toddlers too in aqua park, cause existing slide are too high and are in deep pool which was not suitable for my 3 years son. Thanks

Low quality of Alcoholic drinks. Little food varieties. The soap dispenser beside the mirror is not working. The lobby Bar.

Coral Beach you can make snorkelling easily see the fish and Corals 🪸🐠 Aqua games, Jacuzzi in the pool. Clean Rooms. Snacks & Bars everywhere. Machine of nescafe at the beach bar.

The plastic reusable cups. The barman at the relaxing pool always starts late while he should start at 10 am and for two times I ask him for a drink he neglected my request and I had to go to the other aqua pool to get my request from the aqua pool bar.

Pools were good and clean , and food was delicious with limited varieties. The following up from "Natalia" to make sure that everything is ok and how satisfied you are.

Nearly all the staff except few from them need to know how to talk with the guests . They really have no experience in talking or communicating with the guests They are not rude but have no experience. The food at most times is not tasty due to food recycling although it has a lot of varieties The cleanliness of the dish and glasses especially all the glasses at all bars at the hotel is very dirty with smell or residual from other guests. The hotel can be better if it handles these comments.

The aqua was good . And the coral was beautiful. Also it was good value for money

The food could have been better. We stayed for over three weeks, but by the last week, all of our family got a bit sick. It would have been nice to see a larger selection of fruit and for the meals to have more variety.

The Customer Relations officer, Natalia was incredilby helpful and really saved our vacation. When we arrived there was a smell of smoke in our room, but she was able to solve this problem. Besides this, she helped was with many other things including finding a very good cleaner for the room, getting food prepared specially when my son was sick and making improvements we suggested at the dining hall.

We like the facilities, the buffet didn't have many varieties but the food and deserts were delicious..i want to thank Mr Rashed for being such professional, the reception for fast check in, and especial thank you for the pool guards and towel center for their attitude , taking care of the kids and such hospitality.. There was kids club, the beach is 10 min walk from the hotel.

The air-conditioning in our room worked intermittently. Soft drinks are to be improved.

Great location, 10 mins walk from the sea where you can see the reef. The room is cleaned every day. New bottle of water and new bath kit in the room every day. Clean towels every day for pool/sea. The food was good and the staff very friendly.

There was no diet versions on the fizzy drinks at the dispenser. The spirits tasted very weak (watered down). Some drinks Eg rum & coke are on the all inclusive menu at one pool bar but not the other.

The staff everywhere were fabulous but a special shout out to Gamil & the pool team who made the stay of our 81 year old mother so special. The reef at the sister hotel Amphoras Blu was absolutely amazing and worth walking to each day (shuttle bus available but a short simple walk)!!! I’d read negative reports about the food but we found there to be plenty of choices and variety each evening we particularly enjoyed the food cooked before you, omelettes at breakfast, pizza at lunch and the grill or pasta station at the evening. All of the different areas were kept spotlessly clean. There were branded fizzy drinks from the drinks dispenser (eg Coca Cola, Fanta, sprite)

The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The food offered a delightful variety and was enjoyable. However, the quality of the all-inclusive drinks could be improved. Additionally, it would be beneficial to include the lobby bar in the all-inclusive package and extend the shuttle bus timings to the sea.
