The only criticism we had over the entire time was that the jacuzzi bath in our room wasn't well maintained, and so we weren't actually able to use it. But, we relaxed by the pool and used the jacuzzi there when needed - so not a deal breaker, but something that could be looked into.

The hotel was amazing and the perfect escape from reality that we wanted for our honeymoon. The amenities were amazing, the private beach perfect for snorkelling over the reef, and the staff were brilliant. Could not recommend the place enough as somewhere to go and just unplug from the world for a bit.

Short but more than wonderful stay. Royal Savoy is ideal place for relaxation, more than wonderful staff, catering to all your needs. I need to mention welcoming Hind from Reception, Housekeeping who clean the rooms, and the restaurants employees who always polite and respectful. Pool and beach is nice as well. Highly recommend this hotel.

From the moment we arrived at the airport, the journey started in the best way,our driver was already waiting for us.The moment we reached the hotel everything was perfect, from the welcome drinks, the cold towels, the room itself was luxurious and comfortable with all the amazing amenities you could ever need.The private beach is one of the most peaceful ones with an extreme relaxing view.Staff is incredibly amazing,friendly and accommodating, always giving extra attention in a genuine way in order to make sure the stay is beyond comfortable.The option of the 3 À la Carte Restaurants is definitely surprising, and food is absolutely delicious.I cannot thank enough Mr.Beshoy and Mr.Mahmoud for their extra care and attention,their remarkable way of taking care of their guests is impressive,you really made our holiday became the most beautiful one ever!

Fantastic experience due to true 5 star service from ALL staff (waiters, beach, lifeguards, cleaners, reception, lounge, restaurants, breakfast, etc). Very nice room, luxurious and spacious, and super clean. Fantastic breakfast with high quality food. The Royal Savoy is a small luxurious adult-only part if the larger Savoy resort/hotel. It gives a feeling of a small boutique hotel inside a bigger resort, with the advantage of all facilities available. Many pools and many bars/restaurants available inside resort. Nicely equipped gym. Lounge with complimentary drinks/snacks. Walking distance to Soho square with restaurants, shops, live entertainment, etc. Golf car service available. Separate area on beach for Royal Savoy guests with great service (Ahmed Ali and Alaa) and very attentive life guard. This hotel clearly sets international standards and trains their staff very well. We will certainly come back if return to Sharm El-Sheikh.

The Royal Savoy has exceeded all mine and my wife’s expectations. We were there for our honeymoon. The welcome, hospitality, courtesy, decoration and complimentary items for the honeymoon were outstanding and astounding organised by Shehab and Hind at the reception. The breakfast buffet, seafood, Turkish and Rosmarino restaurants were beyond five stars. Quality, variety, cleanliness and attention to detail is praiseworthy. Egyptian hospitality is something that everyone should witness and experience. Special mention to Ahmed Atef, Ahmed Ali and Alaa at the beach and the bar. They are mind readers! They always had a smile, great sense of humor and not intrusive, striking a delicate balance between attentive luxury service and allowing you to enjoy the serenity if the beach. I think the dinner buffet could use some attention so the food doesn’t sit out for long periods and get dry specially the grilled station. However there are many ala carte restaurant options at the property and at Soho square( for a discount). Their Italian restaurant was the best in my experience.

Location is great with a lot of accessible restaurants and coffee shops right in the heart of Soho square. You can either walk ( less than 5 mins) or take a golf cart to and from Soho square. Beach front with 3 swimming pools with varying depths that is for use by royal savoy guests only( adults only). There are some shared facilities with Savoy hotel which is also great. However, Savoy is a family hotel so you can expect to find kids running around enjoying their time. The lobby has drinks and snacks throughout most of the day 12-8 pm which is very convenient. Some drinks are also provided at the beach and pool without extra charge if you book half board and some drinks will require extra charge. You still get a 20% discount on drinks and food there. I really appreciate their accommodation to us as our flight was leaving late in the afternoon and we got late checkout so we could enjoy their beautiful facilities for most of the daytime.

We did not quite understand what S class all inclusive meant to us so it took us a day or two to work everything out I do not think we should be paying supplements in restaurants when we have paid for the top package.

Mosquitoes in the evenings. The bed pillows were extremely firm so a little uncomfortable for my liking and no pillow menu available to be able to change them. Also one small gripe was the music on a constant reel playing at the pool, which sounded like fairground music, got a little irritating.

The staff can't do enough for you from being picked up from the airport to being taken in a buggy up to Soho Square. Also catering for your every need at the pools or at the beach. The hotel is exceptionally clean throughout and the breakfasts are lovely with fresh eggs cooked to order. Special mention to George who looked after us at the pool every day putting out towels on our favourite sunbeds and making sure we had plenty of drinks and crisps.

The only real complaint I could think of would be the bed being a little too hard. I would also warn to tripple check anything that you could think to be extra on a menu as we were caught out once. Was no big deal but wouldn't want to keep making the mistake.

Really loved the location. As avid snorkeller having a reef abundent with life right off the beach was amazing. Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating for every request. Food was great for breakfast and there was a variety of restaurants to choose from between the Royal Savoy and main Savoy resort.

The sea food restaurant was not really good. Not recommended .

The room was large and comfortable, I especially liked the balcony. The hotel is clean and very close to the seaside. We had dinner at the open buffet of the Savoy hotel. Best buffet in our trip in Egypt. Breakfast was at Royal Savoy. The breakfast was excellent.. The staff are kind and helpful. We had a wonderful dinner at the Turkish restaurant. We would also like to thank Chef Mehmet for this beautiful evening. It was an honor for us to meet him.
