To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomOverall I found the cleanliness of the room to be poor. The bathroom was out dated and tired. The towels were grey and almost threadbare. The cleaning staff removed most of my towels and for days I was only left with one towel. The bed was one of the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on. Even on the 12th floor the noise from the streets kept me awake at night.
Good location with nice view over the beach. Room was a fair size. Staff were kind enough to allocate me a room on a higher floor at check in.

United KingdomWhen we arrived there was no water in the room, we had to ask for towels. The beds and pillows are hard and uncomfortable. We had to ask for water several times because it wasn’t replaced. Aircon doesn’t really cool the room down.
The location and views are great. Close to Gleem Bay. Staff are very friendly and even went out of their way to go buy us an adaptor at 3am so we could use our plugs in the room.

EgyptThe hotel is so big (11 floors) and normally there were 2 elevators, one of which was not working. So, the waiting line to get to your room or down to the reception is long. They should fix the other elevator.
The staff was v friendly and the location is very nice (sea front)

SpainThis hotel is not designed to handle its capacity at all. On our 1st day , the hotel was full . One elevator broken and one working . Waiting for ever to get in . The bkfst restaurant was messy and simply not able to handle the crowds. No cups , no glasses . The quality of food was ok . Room ok for 4 stars . Need a major cleaning job on windows everywhere.
