- The price is on the higher side. - The hotel needs maintenance, and some rooms have a smell. - On the second day, the pool was being cleaned all morning, so we could not use it. - We had an issue with the kids' booking, so we had to pay extra charges.

+ The location is the best in Alexandria and Maamoura Beach. + The beach and pool are very family-friendly. + The staff are very decent and polite in a friendly way. + There is a dedicated parking area for hotel guests. + Breakfast is served at the beach restaurant with a limited but acceptable variety. + The suite size is huge, and the Jacuzzi in the room is amazing.

Clean, great value for money, nice beach. The HK staff; Saneya & Hanan did a great job to decorate the room and keep it clean.

The repeated inconvenient timing for maintenance caused disturbance

The cleanliness of the place, the friendly and professional Mr Marwn and Miss Kholood receptionsts who r so nice and dedicated .Housekeeper Hanan is so hardworking , fast and neat and polite.Four days passed JUST LIKE AN EYE BLINK. We appreciate the administry efforts to improve the standard of Paradise in . Wishing to spend more time in Paradise Inn next time .

Very limited variety of breakfast items... but taste good. Would recommend an overhaul of room towels as they are worn out and not soft. Otherwise all amazing! 😃

Overpriced.

I loved everything about the hotel. The room view, the beach, the staff, breakfast and the smooth check in and check out. I like that there was fresh juice at breakfast. For me, the hotel beach is the best in Alex. I would also like to thank Hanan & Saneya from room cleaning for taking care of our room.

I was made to pay 1000 EP,extra, each night for my teenge daughter, despite there being enough bedding. I feel this should have come up in the price when I booked so that I can decide if I want to book the hotel. This never happened to me before at any other hotel. Perhaps this is at the receptionist's discretion, but he was intending to make things unpleasent for us. I was first given a family bungalow, which was very poor standard.It was run down, and one room didn't contain an Ac. This wasn't made clear. The bathroom had a bad smell. When I asked to move, I wasn't offered that option, I was told I couldn't by the same receptionist. After complaining later that evening, I was offered an upgrade to the executive family bungalow, which was acceptable. This was annoying that I wasn't given this option initially, I even asked to pay a difference and was denied. When I asked to have a late check out, I was offered one hour, despite the hotel not been full. I felt this should have been offered because of all the inconvenience that they put us through and having to move after unpacking and wasting time out of our stay. I believe the hotel lacks staff that understand customer service and problem solving skills. I was told the music at the pool couldn't be changed, even though it was repetitive and boring. The rooms had dead batteries in the remote, one toilet roll added at a time. These small things were annoying and put a dent in our stay. I stayed here last year and it was nice, based on this experience I wouldn't stay here again.

Paradise Maamoura Hotel is a very goo, comfortable and cozy hotel 🥰 My children and I stayed for 12 days. Every day was a new experience at the pool or at the beach. I would like to thank Heba and Aya for their care in cleaning the room perfectly and decorating it with flowers. I would like to thank Muhammad , Hamada , Islam, Abd alrahman, Hassan, Saber and Salim for their care for us on the beach. I would like to thank Mustafa for his care and preparing our sitting place every day at the swimming pool. I would like to thank Moamen for preparing our breakfast every day and delivering it to the room. And all the team at the hotel took good care of us. The hotel is very suitable for families and safe for children.🌊🇪🇬🥰👏🏻🙏🏻We are going to miss you all guys, and we are looking forward to see you soon again 🙏🏻🥰

Nothing special, maybe the room service staff forgot to put water bottles in the room. However, they made it right with complimentary fruits ...

The bungalow was clean, perfectly located on the beach, which made it super comfortable to go to the beach and come to our room in seconds. Beach and swimming pool are amazing and well maintained. Staff are friendly, polite, and attentive. Breakfast is good and served in a restaurant that built on the beach, which makes it an unforgettable experience.

The AC in the lobby didn't work which was a major inconvenience especially during the heat wave that is going on. We had to sit in a certain spot in order to feel a bit of the AC cooling. We couldn't stay there longer because of that and we had to go back to our room. The AC airflow in our room during the day was weak and only got cooler at night.

The hotel is clean and the breakfast buffet was delicious and diverse. The staff were helpful. They were happy to answer all the questions we had and quickly try to fix the wifi when we complained about the low speed and the continuous disconnection and send someone to our room to check it and set up a wifi booster. They did their best to satisfy us as guests. The two female receptionists to whom we spoke throughout our stay ( Mayar and Sema) were nice and professional. Also Shaimaa from the housekeeping and the security guards were hard working.

While the location offered a peaceful retreat, it was further from the city center. Guests needed an access card to enter the gated area, which might be inconvenient for some. Breakfast service began a bit later at 8:30 am, which may not suit everyone's schedule. The most significant drawback was the weak Wi-Fi signal, which also suffered frequent disconnections.

The room itself was a delight. The balcony provided a stunning view of the swimming pool, and the furniture was well-maintained. But the real highlight was the free access to one of the best beaches in the area! The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. A special shout-out to Saniyah for her meticulous attention to detail in keeping my room clean and comfortable.
