Palm side room was old. Since it was in the center, it was close to the surrounding cafes and so there was a little noise.

We were initially in one of the more 'tired' rooms but it was perfectly ok - however we're aware they're busy renovating ALL the rooms & we experienced one of the newer ones later in the holiday which was superb! Their goal is 3 months to finish all & they have a brilliant project lead, Ahmed, who we met who seemed really competent so I'm convinced they'll do so

5th time we've visited - however over 10 years' ago so a little hesitant but shouldn't have been as it brought back lovely memories Beach location superb - beach bar wonderful - service & the employees in the whole complex were extremely engaging The Lebanese restaurant had amazing food & we returned a few times! We by accident bumped into the link to the family owner & he ensured they then exceeded our expectations from our history & links with them - we were quite overwhelmed & were placed in one of the superb new suites The buffet choices & quality of food was excellent - we particularly loved the omelettes & the chef there was fabulous ;)

The welcome, the location, the atmosphere and the attentiveness of the staff. I would especially like to thank Katerina the guest relations manager who took care of my request and my health constraint and offered me a solution the same day and on top of that with a smile she was professional, understanding and efficient.

Sandy, clean beach, nice pool with very friendly life-guards at the pool, (high five for Abou), nice staff, thanks Hossam at the beach bar, Karim, the animation team leader is amazing, family friendly.

in the spa there is a beauty salon not fitting to the rest of the spa - not equipped properly

There could be more carts available to lower the wait time for transfers to the different parts of the hotel property.

Stayed at the newly renovated rooms at the Sports Area. Although these are the farthest rooms from the beach, they are in a very quite area and the new rooms are excellent value for the money. You can always call on the the shuttle carts for transfers to the beach or the main pool area. But make sure you plan ahead as you may need to wait a bit for the shuttle service. Or you can relax in the smaller but more quite pool section of this area.

The pool could use a snack bar and maybe some music

Everything was perfect, beyond expectation, they went the extra mile to make sure our stay is memorable. Starting with the location, the hotel has many points of access to Naama Bay, our room had a direct access to the street and was super close to the pool, beach and main hotel restaurant, it was so convenient to move anytime, they also provide golf carts all day long to move guests anywhere within the hotel. The room has everything we could ask for, very comfy beds, all bathroom amenities, and a modern smart TV, yet the housekeeping is a call away to supply you with anything you wish to have, all their rooms are really spacious. Each room has a terrace or a balcony with a very nice view. The green spaces are all over the hotel, they take good care of it during the night when less people are walking around. Main restaurant is were the open buffet for all meals, it is called Orangerie, the variety of food guarantees the satisfaction of everyone no matter what your taste is, the restaurant is extremely busy yet they work like bee hive, super fast super clean and they pay attention to small details, a section for people with special needs, a section for adults only with no kids around, the rest of the sectors are around, the food is presented in the center where it is accessible by all within few steps. Spa was exceptional, I would love to thank Zakaria and Dina for the best massage we had, the options are huge there and they will make sure you get exactly what you had in mind with a little bit more of happiness. Pools were super clean, not crowded anytime of the day, clean towels are provided anytime, a small bar to serve drinks is also around the pool if you want to drink and relax, life guards were available in pairs all the time.

Shower and balcony cleaning need improvement. Lunch buffet is very poor and the beer and wine are bad. There is no good drinks included in the all inclusive. The distances inside the resort are huge.

The rooms in the sports area new, dinner buffet was good as well as the desserts. The breakfast at the sports area is also very good. They let me check in early in the morning.

I had a great stay at the hotel, Mr. Ayman Ghanim and the staff were fantastic and made us feel very welcome. The beach was beautiful and perfect for relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel!
