We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

EgyptThe food wasn’t up to the standard of 5 stars hotel just we can rate it as 3 stars hotel. No varieties in the dinner and the taste of most of the food was so poor. There is no regular interesting shows at night with the animation team but they tried their best to do something.
The staff is super friendly and helpful specially Ms Rawan, Ms hagar, and Mr Abdelrahman from the reception and guest relations! The beach is amazing! Also the Kids club was so good because of Ms Sarah!

TurkeyTea and coffee facilities in the room were OK. I like strong coffee, but there was never enough for two cups of coffee, but it was not an issue getting extra. I did not like the wooden sticks to stir your coffee. 5 Star should have proper Spoons. Also, I hate creamer for coffee - so asking for real milk came at a cost. Very minor issues, but again, thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
The staff were very helpful and the premises was very clean. Nothing was too much trouble. The beach and pool area was also very clean. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

CanadaThe washroom by the massage island is too small and not as clean. It needs to be cleaner. There is no place to hangout at night indoors where you have air conditioner.
The location is near the shopping centre and the new marina. The rooms are in good shape. The views were so good.

For Eg, great hotels in Makadi and Soma Bay, super luxurious hotels, but I spent so much on transport when going to the city centre. So it was a like pick the thorn you want kind of situation.

United StatesThe was an issue with the air conditioning, it would not go lower than 22c. That’s Ok for sitting around. But difficult to sleep. Room 646 The beds are very hard and I had to turn many times to keep from getting sore. I eventually asked for a bed topper. It helped, but not that much.
We were at the property October 2023 Since that time. The food has improved greatly.
