Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomHaving to stand in line at the Lobby Bar to get drinks. This is not a reflection on the staff who are all very friendly and accommodating but more staff are needed to improve the service at peak times. It would be great if the crows could be eradicated from the outside dining area. It is lovely to be able to eat breakfast and lunch outside but the crows made it impossible for us to do that as they constantly flock around and swoop down on the tables to grab food. Also, they poop on the tables and chairs.
Great location, friendly staff, good food and very clean. The staff are the stars of the show, so friendly and engaging. Big shout out to Mina Shehata, main restaurant, he looked after us, always professional and friendly and ready to go the extra mile. Abdel Basat Ahmed, main restaurant. Mostafa Mahmoud - a very lovely young man who showed us friendship and made us feel very welcome. Olya - Animation Team. The Pool Guys - Mohamed Ebaid, Mahmoud Kamel, Ibrahim Abdelai, Mohamed Abd El Fatah and Ayman Abdel Rady - what a great bunch of young men who made sure we had comfortable sun beds and umbrellas every day. And to our amazing cleaner who gave us works of art in towels and kept our room spotlessly clean Badawy Hussein.

SwitzerlandUnfortunately the shower was not sealed, so it flooded the bathroom at every use. At the hotel's own beach you cannot swim in the open sea. In fact you only have half of the bay you see on the map. The part of the sea you are allowed to swim in has roughly the size of two Olympic pools.

Singapore- Air-conditioning and minibar in the room not cold enough. - Bathroom blinds are quite see through, we need to cover the full length glass with more sheets for privacy. Not so suitable for non-intimate groups in the same room. - Seafood restaurant at the seaside is located quite far from hotel, only open for dinner and sea view was non existent from the darkness by evening. - Need to wear a wristband for security check into hotel and inclusive restaurants meals. Wristband can irritate skin after prolong wearing. - Need 100 usd deposit in case of damage items in the room, but saw some other guests seemed do not need to pay the 100 usd deposit, not sure why the difference? - No travel sized toiletries, only big bottles provided in the bathroom which you can't bring away.
- Hotel buffet with huge variety and delicious food. - Room was spacious enough and comfortable. - Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries were provided in the bathroom. - Happy hours in the evening with free drinks. - Housekeeping surprised us with birthday decor in our room and a birthday cake on our roommate's birthday! - Delicious, huge portion and reasonably priced Turkish restaurant with great view of the sea on-site. - Located beside a shopping mall with simple restaurant and carrefour supermarket, very convenient!

United StatesNot a Hilton standard cleaning - since I arrived my shower gel and body lotion was already empty - nobody refilled. Some black mold in the bathroom. Nobody was using the vacuum machine in the room since I was there.
The location of the hotel was not far away from the city. Very nice view from my room to the sea. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. The service team (restaurant-bar) really friendly. Thank you ☺️

Very clean spacious rooms. Staff are very polite and professional. Property is right by the beach though you have to walk a short distance if staying in an apartment. Lovely showers and hot water. I thought the food variety and quality was fantastic. Highly recommended place to stay. Really enjoyed our time here. Compliments to the staff and management.
