Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The location and view is excellent. Cleaning is above average. Access cards were not activated. Toilets plastic cover disconnected. One of the bed sheets unclean.

I complained and the owner was super nice and moved us to the one bedroom after 2 nights when vacant It was a misunderstanding In my opinion one bedroom apartment should have a bedroom separate from the living room But again the owner was a real gentleman and made me feel v. comfortable so was the bedroom apt.very spacious and bright Of course a bit noisy at night but no one sleeps early and you get used to it

I'm thrilled to share our wonderful experience at Executive Royal Towers Apartment. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this was going to be a memorable stay. The apartment itself was not only comfortable and beautifully decorated but also impeccably clean. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, offering a perfect backdrop for our mornings and evenings. What truly stood out was the exceptional hosting provided by the owner. Their communication was prompt, friendly, and incredibly helpful. When we encountered a small issue in the room, the host's quick response and efficient problem-solving skills left us impressed. They went above and beyond to ensure that our stay remained undisturbed and enjoyable. Overall, our experience in this apartment was amazing, largely due to the efforts of the host. We left with happy memories, well-rested, and grateful for such a seamless and pleasant vacation rental experience. We wouldn't hesitate to return or recommend this apartment to friends and family.
