Towels and bedsheets not really clean even the beach towels wasn’t clean . Using the beach from 12pm to 8pm wish is not fair at all .when u book any hotel u should have access for beach from 6am.

While the hotel itself is actually really nice, it is the staff and the way it's run that really let's it down. When we entered, we were questioned by navy/air force officials as if we were criminals. I'm not sure why so many fleet officers are there. The when we went to reception to check in, even though they had around 7 staff members at reception, they weren't helping anyone. And when they did eventually get to us, they took so long! They also have so many rules that they try to make you sign to show you agree. One rule is that you can only go on the private beach between 12pm and 6pm - but that's when it's the hottest. They also had a rule that you can't share a room with someone unless you're married. And the staff got quite hostile when I simply questioned the reasoning of this. The WiFi is almost non existent. No decent shops nearby. My room had no balcony and a terrible view.

I liked the big room. A couple of the staff were really nice. They have laundry and salon facilities. The breakfast is pretty good. The private beach is great (when you're allowed on it).

Helpful staff, safety of the facility, super clean housekeeping, good food and a variety of restaurants on the premises. Gym, playroom, kids zone, pool, private beach. I would label it a resort!

That I couldn't book a long stay in advance, it has to be max 5 days and renew upon availability. Stays on booking weren't available for the same room type. One lady from the staff/front desk gave me an attitude twice and ignored me, although the rest of the staff were amazingly helpful in a respectful and professional way.

Almost Everything 😍 Housekeeping is maintaining neat and clean rooms, hallways and bathrooms.Amazing breakfast and room service. Food quality is great. Amazing private beach, decent, clean and well maintained. Spacious rooms and comfortable rooms. Well furnished.Everything is well managed. Special thanks to Mr. Mahmoud (manager) for always being there and trying his best to accommodate everyone's needs and Mr. Ahmed Bahrawy for doing his best to keep me in the same room and extend my stay during the high season.

The main building itself requires some maintenance. Long queue for the elevator almost at any time. The cleaning forgot an extra pillowcase in the bed, was funny and awkward. The bathroom curtain was dirty and full of mold.

Nice hotel, not a 5 star, but comfortable. Nice room, enough space, comfy bed, clean, all the toiletries, tea, coffee, water. Clean pool. Good clean beach with enough of sun beds, sand shore, good sea, nice cafe with tasty coffee, showers. Bikini allowed, alcohol not allowed. Good free parking spots. Had a pleasant stay, would return!

the exterior of the hotel is needed a refurbishing. It looks pretty bad from the road with mold and paint chipping and falling off.

The meals and servers in the dining room were fantastic, and the private beach was great with the loungers and umbrellas included. We ordered food at the beach and it was terrific and inexpensive.

The food was not varied and not much tasty. The bad lines needs to be updated. The location of the hotel is not central and far from main touristic destinations (Library and Citadel).
