Only one thing i think they have to take care of, my friend got intestinal catarrh after eating a pice of fish in beach restaurant.

staff are so kind and helpful, especially ( smily man and wonderful Yahya zakria , also Mahmoud thawrat was so cooperative and respectful). All other facilities were awesome.

The hotel is wonderful, and the beach is beautiful, clean, and large. You can see colorful fish and coral reefs, and also part of it is sandy for swimming. The food is varied and delicious, satisfying all tastes. The staff is at the highest level of professionalism, especially Mr. Yahya Zakaria at the reception desk. He is very active, as we did not take more than five minutes to check in and check out, and he fulfills the guests’ wishes in a quick response. I thank the restaurant staff. Chef M. Bakry and Chef M. Abdul Majeed, Chef Alwan and Abdul Aziz.

The beds are at bit hard. The staff on the beach are sometimes too inappropriate towards women - some of them do not respect a no and do not realize that their attention is unwanted. Also a strong language barrier with a lot of the staff - however it is an Arabic speaking country and I wouldn’t expect them to understand everything. Food quality (taste) is the only actual bad thing about the stay. Everything else was minor things.

Many different things to do. We loved the aqua park and also the spa. We had two trips to the spa and it was worth every penny. The staff at the aqua park are funny and made it a fun time. We LOVED the camel Oscar who walked around on the beach answering we will miss him. In general staff was very polite and helpful.

Unfortunately, in our room the internet wasn’t working. In order to use the internet we needed to come down to reception each time.

The hotel is well maintained and clean. Staff are very helpful and respectful. The food was very delicious and a good variety. The guests are the main priority at this hotel and are treated well. We really enjoyed our stay. Special thanks to the reception team who accommodated our late checkout. Muhammad the Chef was very friendly and tried his best to feed us well with a huge smile. The pillows are a bit uncomfortable.

The staff is very nice and friendly, even though we arrived very early in the morning, we were quickly accommodated and offered some food and drinks. There’s a bus to the beach and towels available at the beach and at the pool. Morning stretching and aqua gym were my favourite activities. The food was very good and the vanilla/apple pie was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend it!

The security guard at the hotel entrance was very annoying, luckily the reception staff were kind enough to negate a very bad first impression. No WiFi in the rooms, but I know they were working on improving that during our stay, not that we missed having it but it's good to have nonetheless. The rooms and the aqua park could use some renovation and maintenance. Some of the animation team performances were weak.

The staff, very friendly and always greeting you with a smile, special thanks to the reception staff, they wanted to make sure our stay is memorable, and it was. Parking is available on the premises, and is well maintained, very nice if you're arriving by car. The beach is quite close, walking distance, and is spacious, didn't feel crowded at all. The aqua park is fun, plus several pools are available to relax and enjoy. The food is good, but could use more variety. Overall, it was a very nice experience that we look forward to repeating!

- The property is a little old and the furniture needs an upgrade. - The AC in the room was noisy and the temperature setting was not working.

- Very polite and helpful staff. I am a vegetarian and was always asking in the restaurant which options are vegetarian, and there was always someone to help with great patience. - 10-15 walking distance to the beach and the aqua park. A regular bus is also available. - Aqua park is quite big offering something for everyone who loves water rides. - Decently sized swimming pool - Close to the city - Own beach with turquoise water, lifeguards and regular cleaning

The whole complex containts everything you need for a grear and relaxing stay. The waterpark and beautiful beach front are an amazing asset to any holidays. Yehia Zakaria, Ali Ramadan and mister Ismail from reception were very helpful and friendly to us and made our stay easy. I would highly recommend the place to anyone visiting Hurghada.

Everything is more than perfect

I wanted to thank all the staff for our good reception, especially Mr. Yahya Zakaria, he accommodated us in a very beautiful room overlooking a wonderful view, and all the staff at the reception are very friendly and helpful with smily faces, and we move on to the restaurant staff, I would like to thank Chef Mohammed for celebrating my daughter's birthday, it was a nice surprise for us and also all the staff in the restaurant are very classy and very very helpful then I would like to thank Mr. Amr, the manager of the Italian restaurant, for the good reception, the quality of the food, and also the quality of the food in the a la carte restaurant sooo delicious , and we move to the very beautiful beach and also the Aqua Park and the bus drivers leading to the beach are very respectful. . Generally, hotel needs renovations especially, color of the wall in the lobby. Bus timing is not enough till 6:30 or 7:00 pm Water aqua park is located far from the hotel Furniture in rooms is exhausted Staff are required training and development in services. No hygiene manners in buffet. It’s required better buffet presentation

AC was v. Bad in restaurant and loby just fans no cooling at all Poor animation team Only one key available for each room Snacks in pool bar and beach bar need to be better and more variety Juices they choose the worst juice powder at all, Always shortage in ice so we drink hot water, in addition to they use bad quality of coffee in machines Bar men need to be more qualified and well trained.

Check in was very easy, special thank to Mr Ramy front office who organized the rooms the day before we arrived and made all rooms in the same building and he was helpful in every thing and doing the best to make our vacation awesome until check out. Special thanks to Mr Mohamed Zayan who follow my reservation from the beginning by phone Shuttle bus was every 10 minutes to reach Aqua area and beach Aqua is amazing about 8 working slides plus children aqua and lazy river The beach is sandy somewhere but there are alot of rocks and you can snorkeling near to the beach Food in main restaurant almost good (taste and variety) special thank to Chef Mohamed Elwany the main chef every day he asking guests about the quality of food and serving by himself and chef Mohamed Abd El Megid who is very helpful. I dont forget Restaurant Sofra we had dinner there all staff were cute make our dinner special with Mr Mahmoud El shazly, Amr Hamdy and Mahmoud Abd El Razek Also Bill man Mr Wael Hamouda was helpful and honest finally Mr Hashem housekeeping was a nice guy You can park inside the hotel
