IndiaService was very poor. Food was 7/10. All restuarants shut by 9 PM, the one's open need reservations which we couldnt get for 2 consecutive days.

EgyptToo many steps from the top floor rooms to the sea shore, there are elevators present though, just the stairs or the ramp where lot closer to our room.
Delicious buffet with lots of varieties, very nice and friendly staff, lots of activities, lots of pools, 2 big lagoons and lots of great a la carte resturants.

I liked the design of the place, and the food was delicious and tasty except" Tajine" restaurant . The staff was excellent and treated the customers with care and smile The reception team ,foot court restaurant, and even the billiard place were excellent

Restaurants had good food, the staff were helpful. Resort is extremely huge and it could take up to 4-7 minutes of walking to reach a point of interest within the resort

I recently returned from a 8 night all-inclusive holiday, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, the resort's staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every need was met. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. There were multiple restaurants offering a wide range of cuisines and we had no trouble booking the 2 extra restaurants. The location was gorgeous with multiple beaches available. We had no problems getting sunbeds on any of the days. We have to give a special shoutout to our lifeguard Mohsen who went above and beyond with us. He was so lovely and chatty and we really enjoyed speaking with him each day. To be honest all the staff were incredible and they really made our trip.

The facilities were top-notch, especially the pool areas, which were clean and well-maintained. The proximity to the sea made it easy to switch between lounging by the pool and enjoying the beach. EgyptThe resort is too big, you have to walk quite a bit to get to the beach. The sea water was little turbid however you will enjoy the snorkeling and the beautiful red sea colored fish.
The design of the resort is gorgeous. The food was amazing, different variety. The stuff members were professional. The service everywhere was exceptional.
