The room was great, beds comfortable and the staff were so friendly and helpful was a great hotel if you wanted to be close to the pyramids was a great view. Breakfast was so nice every morning with so much food we were left so full would definitely recommend 👌

Our stay was perfect! The location is just amazing and Mustafa felt like a family friend. I really recommend staying there if you want an authentic experience while enjoying a beautiful sight.

Location and citizens around but it’s not hotel problem or mistake.

The hotel is very good. We didn’t expect such amazing views (despite the fact that hotel not near the pyramid) our room was on 11 floor with Pyramids directly view. Upon c/in we met lovely receptions who explained everything and show room. Our room was very clean and new, all furniture is new which surprising us. In general hotel small but really clean and new renovated. As well 2 ladies who make breakfast was lovely and kind. The breakfast was oriental but tasty. I will recommend for my friend Thank you for all stuff members (unfortunately we don’t know names) but there 2 nice receptionists and 2 ladies.

I really enjoyed my stay here, it’s a lovely family run hotel with very friendly and obliging staff. A great spot that is away from the chaos of Cairo but still interesting.

Had trouble with my key and the front gate 😂 but other than that everything was a good!

The staff were incredibly friendly! Lovely people who were ready to assist you with anything, they always have a smile of their faces which made it such a wonderful stay. The view of my room was just amazing! waking up to the pyramids every day was such a treat! the rooms are clean and the balcony gives you some space to be outside.

Location - taxi drivers struggle to find this location as it is not on google maps. Also it is really far from new Cairo or any of the tourist attractions. We wasted a lot of time battling through Cairo traffic to get anywhere Whilst there is a good view of the pyramids, they are still further than they look! The hotel itself it’s based on the 10th floor, anything below the 10th floor is quite shabby.

Egypt (in general) was not as clean as I had expected. The traffic was crazy. The area around the Giza Pyramids had major construction.

The hospitality was off the charts, exceptional. The breakfast made you feel like a king. The view from the roof was perfect.

I extended my stay twice. Hard to leave this place. The breakfast is mjam and they also have a restaurant to have dinner ( with the spectacular view @ the pyramids) Next to the hotel is a supermarket for buying other supplies. I felt very safe here , the rooms got airconditioning and I guess quite recent renovated.

Definitely by far the best stay in Egypt and Cairo. The hotel has an amazing (rooftop and hotelroom )view @ the piramides.. secondly and also very important: the family is super friendly and kind. They can help you with everything you want to arrange and need during your stay and constantly take care of cleaning. The most clean hotel I have been in Egypt. Shukran to the whole lovely family. One day I will be back ❤️

Structure in the heart of Giza, do not be fooled by the appearance of the palace. The property is located on the top floors with spacious rooms and a beautiful rooftop. Basic but valid breakfast. Great view of the pyramids especially at sunset.

This is my second time here. Everything was the same than last time, so we had a perfect stay. Mustafa is the most helpful of the staff. I wish every hotel had a receptionist like this. I recommend that his bosses reward him with a promotion.

All meals, taxis, beer payable in US$ and grossly overpriced for Egypt. I was quoted $25 for a taxi to Egyptian Museum one way! Called an Uber and was picked up outside no dramas for 80 Egypt Pounds ($3.50).

Great view from my room and rooftop. Room was clean with a huge cool mural of an Egyptian scene. Balcony great, a/c great, shower great, Egyptian breaky huge and awesome. Quite close to pyramids.....15-20 min walk. Beer available!
