This isn't a problem, but be sure to have a copy of your marriage documents to make check-in quicker & easier since this apartment (like many in Alexandria) require proof of relationship.

Great location. Very friendly owner who was willing to help to recommendations for the local area. Plenty of hot water in shower.

Luckily, we used transportation to go there, we didn't come with our own car, so if you have a car, it will be a bit challenging to park in that area as it is usually busy! Just something to keep in mind, other than that, we will be coming back for sure!

-Captain Mohamed (the owner) was very helpful and welcoming, we came a bit earlier than our scheduled check-in time, our unit wasn't ready yet, so instead of having us to wait, he let us stay at one of the available units until ours was ready, he was very attentive to our needs during our stay & made it easy to enjoy our time there. -The rooftop sitting area was very lovely as well. -The location is in a very commercial area, next to (Khalid Ibn Elwaleed Street), where you will find all your needs close by.

Wi-Fi was a bit slow but otherwise stable.

Flat was very spacious, super clean and overall very good value for money. Great view at the sea below, too bad you can't really swim there. Youssari and Hany were amazingly helpful and made us feel at home, 11/10! And thank you for helping us find a parking space and navigating us there.

The neighborhood is very nice, very typical and local, it's on the main street so very easy to find a taxi but at the 16th floor so you will not be bothering by the traffic noise The owner is very kind he always try to do his best to make sure that you'll have an amazing time I definitely recommend this place to stay in Alexandria

I had a truly wonderful stay at Captain Mohammad's apartment in Alexandria! The apartment was beautiful, spacious, and well-maintained, with a view that took our breath away. The rooftop was a standout feature, offering an incredible view of the sea that made every sunset unforgettable. Captain Mohammad himself was exceptional—he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, personally checking on everything in the apartment and making sure we had everything we needed. Every day, he reached out to ask if we required anything, which made us feel incredibly well cared for and welcomed. The full building is clean and organized , with 4 elevators , motion light sensors for corridores , an exceptional location in the middle of city near to all facilitiea. Appatements are well organized , with marveloua sea view. The host (Captain Mohammed Yousry) is very decent and cooperative. Safe covered parking is available. Lots of surrounding shops and facilities. Location is simple; El-Safwa Tower , behind Azza icecream , near Khaled Ibn Elwalid, Miami.A stay really worth to try.

Everything exceeded my expectations

The apartment was very clean with a beautiful view of Miami Beach. Each bed came with a very useful toiletry pack. The bathroom was clean and it also had very good internet connection. Mahmoud (the owner) was very kind and helpful, definitely one of the best host I’ve come across. There is a a lovely clean rooftop area with tables and it’s so so beautiful.
