The reception staff is feeling like they are robots. I understand that the hotel is big and they have tons of work to do but that’s not guest’s problem. They need to be more friendly - I did not feel the hospitality from their side. We tried to reach them several times and they didn’t seem to want to help. Even for a simple matter like an extend of our stay , they didn’t want to assist . We also asked for someone to check our water and they did it the next day after we reported twice. They gave us a late check out free of charge though which we really appreciate. Rest of the working staff is really friendly . I understand that reception faces responsibility , serious matters , it’s stressful job and in this hotel of 350 rooms I can tell that it’s hard but .. they can be more friendly I think .

The hotel is like a small village. You get lost easily in a good way . Many things to do , lots of facilities to enjoy . Most of the staff is always happy. Good food. Housekeeping team very cheerful .

Furniture is a bit run down, needing renovation. Mosqiutos having a field day with lack of proper management, Suggest to have zapper each room. pillows felt like a brick, was happily replaced by the service team. There was a slight leak in the bathroom but corrected Barrista coffee below average. dessert menu is unfortunately terrible and lacking authenticity - cake tasted like melted plastic. lack of authentic middle eastern sweets. beverages are below average - juices taste more like sugar and water. wifi disconnections every now and then. Noisy AC making night sleep a bit difficult;

Big room, accommodated my request for extra bed. Comfortable big bed. Access to multiple facilities and restaurants in three pickalbatros hotels. Aqua slides are fun. Kids pools are heated. Mostafa from room service gave a great service. Room cleaned every day. Food variety and selection is good.

The map on paper we received was unreadable and incorrect. Also the activety schedule on same paper was incorrect so we missed a few. Pools was way to cold. Only one heated.

One small suggestion for improvement: the kids' water slides could use a bit of renovation to match the overall high standard of the resort. Other than that, everything was wonderful, and we’d definitely consider coming back!

We had a fantastic stay at Pickalbatros Aqua Vista Resort in Hurghada, and I would rate it a solid 9! As a family, we really enjoyed the access to facilities at the three resorts, which gave us so much variety in terms of pools, dining, and entertainment. The night shows were a great addition, providing entertainment for both kids and adults. Our room was spacious and perfectly located on the first floor with direct access to the pool, which the kids absolutely loved—it made everything so convenient.

There used to be baked apples sprinkled with coconut on top in Toucan restaurant. This time, they were missing. We used to love them...The desserts in the main restaurant, once a plate of a kind finishes, usually the chef doesn't have the replacement for the same kind.

We could not book a table to the a la carte restaurant with 2 days in advance and was included in our stay. Book it when you arrive! The beach was not great and there is a road in btw the hotel and the beach- there is a shuttle bus! Furthermore, we did not have the same facilities as the ppl staying at that hotel with the beach, for ex we could not have a bed directly on the beach but in a pier. Too crowded!

Our stay was lovely, the property facilities are high standard, the food was good and plenty, the employees were prompt and helpful. There are several restaurants and swimming pools in the complex, you basically have access to the facilities of 3 hotels. They even have a doctor in the premises.

Depth of the pools is not super great. Most of them is 125 cm or in that range and only one is 175 cm which was relatively small in width. It would be better if there were more pools with more depth.

Variety of the pools and their size was amazing. Variety and taste of the food in breakfast, lunch and dinner is superb and i couldn't think of something that I couldn't find. Special thanks to Chef Ahmed Amer and Chef Kazim. All staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Khaled Gamal who helped a lot. The idea of the elevator for the aqua park is exceptional. I wouldn't try the aqua these many times if there wasn't an elevator.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Pickalbatros Aqua Vista Resort in Hurghada with a group of friends, and I can confidently say it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly and welcoming helping us to settle in. The quality of the food was remarkable. Each meal was a delightful experience, with a diverse selection of dishes that catered to all tastes. Whether dining at the buffet restaurants or ala carte restaurants, we was consistently impressed by the freshness and flavour of everything offered. Special mention to Rajinder who served up delicious South Asian food at one of the ala carte restaurants. The facilities at the resort are top-notch. The pools are beautifully maintained and provide the perfect spot to relax and unwind. There’s something for everyone, whether you’re looking for a fun family atmosphere or a quiet space to soak up the sun. The fitness centre was the best we’ve ever used at a resort or hotel. The spa also deserves a mention for their outstanding service and quality. Cleanliness throughout the resort was impeccable. I noticed the staff diligently maintaining all areas, ensuring that everything was spotless and welcoming. It truly added to the overall positive experience of our stay. Any minor issues we encountered were swiftly addressed by the manager, Mohammed, who went above and beyond to make sure every aspect of our stay was perfect. In summary, I highly recommend Pickalbatros Aqua Vista Resort for anyone looking for a fantastic vacation. With excellent service, delicious food, outstanding facilities, and a commitment to cleanliness, it’s a destination that truly delivers on its promises. We can’t wait to return!

The only hiccup we experienced was with Guest Relations. After checking in, we inquired about dinner plans for that evening since we were celebrating a birthday. Unfortunately, the representative we spoke with was rather blunt, informing us that everything was booked until Thursday. This was a bit disappointing, but after speaking with other staff members, we learned that only one restaurant required pre-booking, while the others did not. It would be helpful if Guest Relations provided clearer communication regarding dining options. Despite that small issue, our overall experience was amazing. The staff, facilities, and food exceeded our expectations, and we can't wait to return! If you're looking for a resort that combines relaxation with top-notch fitness amenities, Pickalbatros Aqua Vista is the place to be! We will definitely visit again. Thank you Aqua Vista! Our stay at Pickalbatros Aqua Vista in Hurghada from September 2-8, 2024, was nothing short of incredible! The main reason we chose this resort over others was the gym and fitness center—and it did not disappoint! We wanted to enjoy our holiday while keeping up with our daily fitness routine, and the resort provided everything we needed to make that happen. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. A special shoutout to the extraordinary reception team, especially Abdelrahman Ahmed, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Also, a huge thank you to Mr Ahmed Hassan, the Food and Beverage Manager, who was incredibly accommodating and frequently checked in on us throughout our stay. Our room was perfect, we had a balcony with pool view and housekeeping was excellent! The food at the resort was fantastic, particularly at the Soprano restaurant. There was a vast selection of dishes, including healthy options, which we appreciated. The staff was always so polite and helpful, and the chefs, particularly Chef Hamdi Atya, were cheerful and enthusiastic. We also want to give a special mention to the amazing baker, Ms Soad Khalaf—her freshly baked bread and pastries were absolutely delicious! The waiting staff deserves recognition as well, especially Fawzi Fathy and Hesham Ahmed, who always kept our drinks topped up and served with a smile.
