In the hotel, the receptionist is very helpful and all the staff all the time are smiling and helpful but the hotel room was not clean well, I found one piece of potato under the sofa, the furniture is old, the air conditioner gave a very loud sound and I can't sleep in this night, the TV only has 4 channels and no Clear and I can't see anything just listening and the view was so bad because this room has back side view also no water cattail I hope I can see the room better next time

This hotel could be an amazing place but needs more care and renovation. Stay could be more comfortable if the room was equipped with kettle and it would be very appreciated if we could have a bottle of water upon arrival. Breakfast was quite simple and not taste good. Area around pool is not cleaned, it was dusty and with pigeon droppings.

Very good and easy accessible location right next to the sea and Montaza garden, polite, friendly and very helpful staff. Supermarket and plenty of cafes are nearby. City view was not bad even sea was visible from the balcony. We got better room than had booked and with same price. Beds were comfortable, clean bathroom and the water pressure was very good. Kids enjoyed swimming in the pool. Good value for it’s cost.

The receptionist is very tough and not flexible at all. Also the furniture are extremely old need invitations .

Very old TV no streaming like advertised, only 4 channels in Arabic. Internet never worked right Power goes out every day from 3 to 5pm

Pool trainers in private lessons are pushing the guest away which is not logical .. forced to discuss with them to step back Entrance non guest guard is expecting a lot without any rights Saw one big cockroach which scared my children AC was continuously leaking which shows lack of maintenance Additional bed fees requested by booking, the same were not even claimed by hotel

The location of the hotel is excellent, right opposite the Montaza gardens, 500 meters from the sea. Downstairs of the hotel there is a large grocery store and many places to eat.Breakfast had little choice, there were few guests in the hotel and the service was a la carte.The room is large overlooking the gardens, in the corner you can see the sea. The hotel itself looks a "little tired". Furniture upholstery looks shabby. Staff is friendly and helpful. Wifi is weak

Cleanliness around the swimming pool, the maintenance of the hotel was not good, broken stair inside the swimming pool which is very dangerous and may cause injuries. Quality and variety of the food in breakfast was not good as before.

The team was great specially Ghamry from reception, fatima from housekeeping and karim on swimming pool . The size of the suite was very convenient.

The cleanliness of the room was very bad, the rugs never been washed for years, also the pillows of the balcony's chairs were dirty. The bathroom wasn't sparkling clean either, and you can see the build ups of dirt on the air suction and the intersections between the tiles of the ceramics. Therefore we had to use our own towels and bedsheets. The breakfast buffet is very poor, with no variety, they serve the same food every day. The molasses was very runny as if it was mixed with water! .They provide a toaster but there is no toast in the bakery. They won't tell you there are eggs on the breakfast unless you asked " as it is by request"

The location of the hotel in the middle of the city near the beach and all the markets. The view from the room sees the sea, the swimming pool and Al Montazah Palace. The staff are polite and helpful.

breakfast is just okay preferred to eat outside. wifi is not good at all. pool is a bit small and have to set some restrictions about the fabrics ( cotton wear )people swim with. pool is also so cold as it’s not covered by sun and it might need heaters. most of bar menu doesn’t exist

parking place and hotel is not in the same place(so you need to walk to the hotel)and there is too much traffic around the hotel you can’t enter the hotel easily.

it s old but a nice 3 stars resort for just staying if you re traveling somewhere else and plus the swimming pool was clean and the staff was kind.
