Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

FinlandMy partner chose this hotel because someone said it has good vegan breakfast. However, you have to order it separately and the vegan options weren't that good. The staff was indeed friendly to ask what my partner would like to have for breakfast so they prepared it exclusively for her. However, the yoghurt wasn't vegan even though they said it was. I know that it's a little bit hard to prepare these options as only small portion of the customers eat them. Another thing, the shower didn't have any door or curtain so you would wet the whole toilet room when taking a shower. The price was a little bit high but not too bad.
The location was excellent because all the places we visited were close and the bus stops were close, too, when we used buses. The hotel room was quite silent at night even though our room was next to the road. The room was nice and cosy. It had AC. When we came back to the hotel late in the night there was someone at reception. I don't know what's their schedules but this was actually nice if you need something.

GermanyBathrooms were extremely small. It was kind of difficult to even get in the shower, that's how small the bathrooms are. The curtains are not big enough to completely cover the windows and make the room dark.

It is a really nice building, perfectly situated. The room itself was a little small, but nicely furnished. The staff were all very helpful and although the parking spaces were a little offsite, they were very helpful in directing us there. The hotel is very close to all the attractions, and our room had a beautiful view of Toompea Tower.

It is a nice hotel. We definitely enjoyed our stay. The location is great, the rooms are spacious, the style is memorable and the value for money ratio is reasonable.
