The air in the basement is what it's like in a basement, a bit heavy/moist - but that is to be expected and nothing that keeps me from going there again!

The location was very nice and the apartment is comfortable. It is in a basement, but with plenty of space, especially comfortable for a group of up to 4 people. Over that, there is couch beds to sleep on - which I assume are comfortable too but are in the living room. The check in process was easy and the neighbours were nice. Location is good, just a short stroll and you're in the old city, it is very close to the train station and artsy area.

its very loud to open the windows as they face the road side. Also there was no informations about the sauna, would be nice to get some informations about it. As its a low level flat the towels are not drying properly,

Everything was easy to access and to find and its perfect for many people to have a lockbox for the key if you're not coming or going all together. its very cosy and well equipped!

Our apartment 'two bedroom apartment' was in semi-basement. The house is rather old. Although the hosts have gone to great lengths to freshen the place up, the apartment is still quite damp and smells a bit moldy (we were there in summer). So if you are picky sleeper and need the perfect environment for good night sleep, I guess the place is not for you. At least when we were there, the yard was a mess - broken furniture and the remains of the house repair materials lying around. So no romantic picnic in the garden.

The location is perfect - between the Tallinn old town and the trendy Kalamaja district. Free parking in the yard is great. (I think the host rents out a number of apartments in the building, so the following comment is only about the apartment in the semi-basement - 'two bedroom apartment'. Things may be different in the other apartments). It is an OK place for overnight stay or for a longer Tallinn visit if you intend to spend all of your time out and only need a place to crash for the night and if you are not picky about where you sleep. The price was very fairy, so no complaints really.

Building is quite messy. Bathroom has no ventilation and there is smell coming from it. Shower curtain is dirty, as well as shower head and hose. Walls are a bit thin and you might here neighbours if they are a bit more louder.

Has a lot of light. Bed is OK. Really close to old town. Good wi fi.

If there are 3 of you, one should be maximum 160 cm height, otherwise they won’t fit into the sofa😅 Also it wasn’t perfectly clean, a bit dusty and the shower smells a bit weirdly. Also one lamp in the room didn’t work.

The location was good, easy to find, and the house itself is really cozy. The bed (big one) was comfy, in the kitchen you can find any utensils you need. The wi-fi connection was great, no complaints.

Some of the utensils in the kitchen were dirty aswell as some parts of the kitchen like the toaster. The apartment is right in front of a main street and in the night it is a little bit noisy, you can definitely hear the cars going by. Another problem was the access to netflix, we weren't able to use it because of a code that was requested.

I really liked the position of the apartment which is right next to the old town of Tallinn and the possibility to use the sauna. The host was also very nice and gave all the appropriate information on the apartment right before we arrived. Also the beds were very comfortable and the apartment was warm and cozy.

Heater not working properly, shower lacked hot water after one person took a shower and the owner took forever to awnser our messages. We forgot some groceries in the fridge, our mistake, but a warn by the owner part would have been appreciated (the owner just gave it away).

There was issue with double booking or something so owner offered to us another apartment in same house. I'm not sure but maybe it was booking fault so no big trouble.

Very cozy place and interesting house. There was coffee and apples, pretty clean and quite apartment. Easy to check-in.

I found the place a little bit dirty and tired. I washed all the kitchenware and plates before using them, because they felt not washed well. The bathroom was very cramped - the washing machine was placed in front of the toilet-pot so we kind of had to squeeze our way to the seat. The reserved parking space was very tight, but we managed. The outside stairs were badly damaged, you kind of had to skip one step.

The location of the place is very nice, the size of the kitchen and the living room are also good. The communication with the host was okay, though they never answered our question about check-out.
