We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

EstoniaRooms were a bit smaller than we expected. There is not much room around the bed. Because the weather outside was quit warm and room didn't had conditioning then it was a bit hot in the room. We had room towards street side so there was some noise outside (traffic and people hanging around on terraces and park) and we couldn't leave the windows open for the night. There was a fan, but we prefer sleeping in silence. I missed hairdrier and shoe spoon.
Staff was really friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel was good for walking around the city. Hotel itself was quiet and clean. Breakfast was versatile. There were enough choices and tasted good.

LatviaVery noisy in the night because of pubs and disco on the next street. It was very hot in our room because there are no conditioners, so we must sleep by open windows, and the loud music was till 5 o`clock.

EstoniaSo much trouble with parking in hotel area and around, staff wasnt considering with their customers stayingtime there and promised away all the possible parking places to others the next day. They knew how long their people are staying in their hotel and still wasnt thinking that if people coming with their car first day it needs a parking also the the other days during their staying! In summertime, really bad air conditions in rooms, no air conditioners, you have to hold windows open all night and as there are many events during summertime, its really loud around there, was hard to sleep. Also very unprofessional young staff with their attitude to their customers during their staying, didnt feel welcome there at all. Staff lacks basic knowledges of customer services.

EstoniaYou have to consider that there is no A/C in the room and to cool the room in the summer you have to open the window and as the hotel is in the center, then all the parties and night activities are nearby. So the noise level might be higher than expected.
It's a cozy hotel in the center of Pärnu, next to a very nice park. Everything to see and do in Pärnu is within 1km. Rooms are nice and clean, well equipped. Breakfast was decent.

EstoniaThere was very hot and no air condition. There was no mosquito net on the windows since we were with our cat we couldn't open the window at night. Breakfast is very basic if you stay longer than 2 nights it might be drab.
They are a pet-friendly hotel. Very nice place near the old town and a 15-minute walk to the sea. There was an available parking slot. But the most positive thing to notice is the staff.
