We stayed in the more modern classical building across from the main hotel. Unfortunately the room was not clean. The floor was dirty, the bins from the previous guests had not been emptied and I found medication (pills) under the bed.

The location is excellent for exploring the old town. It’s an old hotel but lovely. Breakfast was good, hot and cold options. Good value for money.

Staff are not very passion about their job, never ask you need any help. They looks like not happy. Room hv some smell, a little bit old from furniture set up and no kettle and slippers in the room are not easygoing during the winter time. Location need to walk 50 meters to call a taxi.

The hotel was not very accessible with a stroller: the rotating door to the main building was difficult to get through (we got help from the receptionist though, thank you for that!) and the elevator of the side building was too small for the stroller. The main building was beautifully decorated and cozy. Our room in the side building was quite blank - the building in itself is old and beautiful, but the room lacked atmosphere - nothing on the walls, no decorations etcetera. A doormat or a rack for shoes would be very important in the winter: all the muddy snow that melted on the hotel room floor was not very nice.

Helpful staff, nice atmosphere in the main building. Our room was spacious and the bathroom was very nice. Good quality bed offered a good sleep. A baby crib was easy to get to the room.

Hotel is very eerie and during the night there are constant sounds from the air con/heating/pipes/people walking past. It also needs redecorating as it is extremely outdated.

Reception staff a little unfriendly. Breakfast was a bit manic on 3rd morning. Comment about lighting was because the light by the main door didn't work (we didn't actually report this and it may just have been a bulb!)

Rooms small but you could get a bigger room for an upgrade. The sink was leaking, reported to the reception.

Perfect Placing for Old Town...2 minutes to main Square.... Bars And Restaurants everywhere, can't go wrong.. Spoiled for choice... Plenty of Shops... Plus a Main retail Park within 10 minute walk...

We had a junior suite on the 5th floor. There were a few times that the elevator didn't go up when we tried to use it. It seems like this happens when the elevator door is not propery closed by the last user. Hence, as a safety feature, the elevator wouldn't go anywhere unless someone is kind enough to close it. The breakfast was great, though for the two days that we were there, it was basically the same options. It was really not a problem for us, but maybe something to consider if you will stay for extended periods. The staff could also use a bit more smiling. They were not rude in any way, but I feel the customer experience would be much better if they smile more. :)

The location is very central. Literally few steps from the main square, restaurants, and other attractions. Several food options for breakfast. Heated bathroom floor was nice to have especially now that it gets very cold outside. Cleaning was done daily.
