AC in living room did not work as well as it should, but it still functioned. Had to pay extra for an umbrella on the beach

I stayed in a large suite with an ocean view. Bed was very comfortable. Room was spacious. Kitchen area had a small fridge and cook top area. Nice balcony with 2 tables and a chair. Room was clean.

I wish the shower had been a little more separate from the rest of the bathroom - it was hard to keep it clean. Also wanted a place to sit in the room other than the bed. The beds were also a little too hard for my liking.

Loved the cleanliness of the rooms and the friendliness of the staff. Wonderful selection of drinks at the bar, and places to sit on the beach.

Our king bed was a just to old single mattresses pushed together..there was no way you could sleep across the two so may as well just been 2 singles..

There is the fire alarm which has a blinking white light that flashes every few seconds. There has to be a better fire protection system than that. Frankly, in that area, each room should probably have a dehumidifier. The room feels moist almost all of the time. I don't think any place would be any different, it is just where you are; things take forever to dry hanging on the balcony. So...other than the white blinking light, I like everything and would recommend it. One last thing, they need to throw out the exercise bicycles in the "gym" and get one decent treadmill.

The location is great. The Serenade Bar is very nice because it is the quietest bar on the beach. If you are not at Serenade, you are at some other place with a blasting band or stereo, next door to another place with a blasting band or stereo. There is a lot of noise from competing music, but not at Serenade. The grounds are beautiful and the hotel is very pretty.

The WIFI was VERY slow. There is only parking for 3 vehicles. Fortunately, everything you need is within walking distance. I do not think the buffet breakfast was a good value. You can get a great breakfast and dinner nearby for half the price.

The room was actually a studio with kitchen and a private terrace. Very quiet. Easy beach access. We opted for no meals and I am hapoy about that. The staff was fantastic! The a/c worked very well. Also there is plenty of lounges on the beach.

Great location on the beach. Windsurfing and other rentals available onsite. A few hundred feet from all the restaurants although the hotel has restaurant and bar onsite. Some rooms have ocean view, some none and some direct oceanfront. We stayed in a penthouse which was large with huge patio.

We had to move rooms the second day, there are no elevators, so if you have knee problems or can't do stairs, make sure you ask for a ground floor room, also you can not drink the water, make sure you have water at night as they don't have it complimentary in the rooms

Thanks a lot. the location is fantastic and the villa and its facilities are amazing, I totally recommend this place if u like to stay in Cabarete. lots of restaurants/cafes/banks/pharmacy/other hotels around

Towards the end of our week stay, our room was cleaned but dirty sheets were left on the bed (traveling with a toddler so things get dirty). Discovered on the first night that the mini fridge was not plugged in. Power points were not in convenient locations.

Location was great - a short walk past the pool and onto the beach. Located in Cabarete with many places within walking distance - beach, restaurants, shops and supermarket. Staff were friendly and always smiling. Room was cleaned daily. Pool was clean and well maintained.

Staff were great, especially the breakfast and bar staff were really sweet and helpful with our kids. Very relaxed atmosphere. Great foot massage in the spa :) Good value for money, excellent location.
