The first two days the food was average and at the buffet, but then it got much better.

It could make more activities at the beach, it is a facility but we didn’t see a lot of activities during our stay. The staff is nice, but we noticed that they are more helpful with the non-hispanic tourists.

The room has an incredible view to the sea, the room was clean and the beds were really comfortable, the bar it’s really nice and great variety of food.

The staff member at the entrance that takes your luggage after checkout and the security guard, were not polite or helpful. They did not allow the transfer service that a member of the group booked on the Booking website to come up to the main entrance. My friend had to walk to the main road (over a block) carrying all the luggage in 90ºF heat.

The staff in general was nice, extra kudos for the people working in the sushi bar, housekeeping and the lady that bring you drinks at the beach.

People, I think they need better people, from reception all was disorganized, people trying to make you sign some sort of membership (hated that part, when you arrive you want to rest not being treated by a seller) then inside the cleaning service of deficient and again a lot of people trying to sell you trips and other stuffs, all restaurants were full except the one from Japón, this hotel has potential but need to change the approach with the customers.

A lot of pressure from employees to buy vacation packages and memberships. As soon as you arrive, make a reservation for your favorite restaurant! There were only 2 restaurants available for make reservations:( Buffet is available every day x breakfast lunch and dinner. Big variety!

Some staff didn’t seem pleased to work there. Additionally, there are many timeshare sellers, but they don’t bother you if you say "no."

The food was good but extremely difficult to make reservations for the restaurants. The app showed them all booked since the moment we got there and lined were crazy when we went in person. Extremely hot in all common areas, they need more fans and the auditorium didn’t have fans or AC !!! Very concerning. Staff is not well educated in customer service; maybe nice people but poorly trained. Most don’t even know what the menus offer or can’t answer simple questiones . Alot seem unhappy to work there

I had ordered room service once and it took a very long time. I would have been better off walking to one of the restaurant options that was open.

The staff was very nice and friendly. The room was great as well. The hotel offers multiple restaurants to choose from and that was great. The wifi was a bit spotty, but it worked for all the basics.

They need to get better pillows. Gym should be open until 10pm at least. You should be able to take food from the sports bar and bring it to the beach or pool. I noticed that restaurants that we tried to make reservations for weren’t booked up like they said they were and some restaurants weren’t open at all which made the choices very limited. Also they should put some fans or AC in the theater- way too hot!

The only thing I didn’t like was the lack of entertainment. I’m used to going to resorts and there being shows at the resort theater. So this was a little different but the live music was always good! -also, the Italian restaurant was a 4/10.

I love how spacious the grounds are. So many pools, people aren’t on top of each other.

The staff is quite rude, they don't greet or answer the greeting, they are not very helpful. We missed the charisma and joy of the Dominicans, they should put Dominican people back in the entertainment and bars, unfortunately the foreigners they have lack the warmth that characterizes the Dominican people.

Spa and Preferred access quite expensive Would prefer to have a curtain/door on the bathroom given that there were two double beds and we were friends sharing Very difficult to know about tipping. Would prefer tipping boxes throughout the hotel that get shared around with all staff Not very responsive to emails sent before the holiday and details about preferred upgrades and taxis

the pillows are horrible, the pancakes where stiff seems old, there was no variety at the buffet. Didn't see a snack place.

the room, very big and clean, the pool was great for my toddler she enjoy it a lot, also the playground was very nice and equipped. The tropical was great, i really enjoy the pineapple and the papaya.

Food at the buffet is defo something that needs to be improved Prices of items in the resort shop were excessive. Bed and pillows could be a lot more comfortable

Great Staff, location was amazing, facilities were great aswell. Defo recommend to go Preferred Club in order to have access to Sunset Bar and Pool. Rook was huge aswell with amazing views

Some staff pushed the hotel information meeting too much after I said no. Some of my hot tub jets didn’t work.
