The check-in was unorganized and long. The bedrooms were missing towels and blankets. It took over 2 1/2 hours to check in.

The property had a beautiful location. We enjoyed the food and the the beach.

A good portion of the rooms could benefit from an upgrade. I mean new mattresses and linens need to be replaced.

The chicken was horrible. We had to wait a long time because Booking.com did not provide the correct information about children ages that was initially provided to the guest to the facility and we had to wait over an hour to be checked in because the facility demanded more money.

The first day i got to the room, the tub was dirty it had yellow stains on it. The food was not all that great...Ive been to different resorts the "natural" juices werent natural its the first time i experience ok food. The fact that you are trying to enjoy your vacation and they allow senator staff to take some of your time to pressure you into buying a suite was not cool plus the manager had an attitude once i said no. The internet pretty much sucked you had to leave your room to get wifi signal.

I loved how the staff kept your room clean daily and the exchange of towels was a must. Loved the beach and some of the staff was friendly. Loved how they had a pizza and ice cream bar and endless drinks.

The bed was horrible, like sleeping on a board. The pillows hard, like they stuck sheets stuck together to make the pillow. The rooms are in need of updating , broken window in the shower.

The beach was spectacular. And the buffet was actually very good. The staff was very friendly.

The bed and pillow. The food wasn't that good. Both days we end up eating rice and beans because meat was too hard to eat ot chicken to burn up. Fish mexican stile was horrible.

The rooms have no wifi. Contacting the front desk from the rooms was impossible. The brand used for drinks is really bad, so all the drink were bad, except for the margarita's, those were good.

The employees are great. Nice facilities. The night show was awesome.

No proper English speaking staff. I don’t speak a word of Spanish either, but it’s not my job to learn Spanish. I had to spend 20 minutes to find where the 2nd place restaurant since they misinform us between 2nd floors and 2nd place. What they are really enthusiastic was promote the VIP membership. I was asked probably over 50 times that if I heard about the ULC membership which was very pushy and unpleasant. We turned down the offer then one of the executive got mad and told us to bring “better people”for next time. I guess we are bad people because we didn’t buy the membership. I understand we live in the capitalism, but still it was extremely unprofessional.

Maintaining works are pretty good overall at the property. However, rooms are still very dated. Since I stayed for more than a few weeks I had chances to switch rooms. There’s always something broken either windows, net screen, shower, bathtub etc. Also, I understand that there’s always a rush between checking outs and ins, but the cleaning works between guests has to be more throughly done such as toilets and bathtubs.

Food not as good as I remember from previous visits. Buffet just walk in but other restaurants had to go to reception each morning and stand inline to book for that evening. Is a daft idea and annoying - previous stays was able to book a few days in advance which most hotels allow. Found this a pain and would not stay again if this stupid idea is not altered.

A budget hotel and often the cheapest place to stay in the Puerto Plata area. Stayed there 6 or 7 times in the past. ALL the staff are lovely and the facilities are good. The food is good, not outstanding but good and I could always find something I liked to eat. Rooms are average but clean and spacious. They used to have 4 bottles in the room with optics but they do not have those now. Had a short stay - just 3 days but was good. Lovely beach.

The bathroom.. shower space is really tight!

The breakfast was amazing. The guy at the omelette station in the entrance remembered how i like my omelette.. Domingo was the highlight of our stay! Domingo my guy.. keep doing an amazing job! Everytime he sees us he comes to talk, and even made an reservation for us at the italian restaurant!
