The food is below average. There is a lot of options to choose from, but quality of cooking is not the best. The shower head in our room was rusted and almost didn’t function, we asked to switch the rooms, but instead they sent us a repair man who spent came in very late and spent an hour running back and forth trying to fix it.

Nice big beach, good pools with swim up bars. Territory is huge and green with very good upkeep. Nice little car train taking you around. Rooms are very big.

The WiFi was not reliable. We were there for 5 days and all five days our toilets were broken. It will not flush. They would send someone to fix it but literally after 2 uses it will stop flushing again. They didn’t even try to move us or nothing for the inconvenience. It was very frustrating.

I love the property. It was really beautiful. The Italian restaurant was really good. The staff were friendly.

Had an AC issue with out first room. Took too long to get another. The food at the buffet was pretty much the same every day, not much choice.

I liked the resort a lot it was beautiful super clean. Giantintic. However, I had a bunch of mosquitos in my bathroom throughout my stay. I think they were coming through the vents I'm not sure but I was killing them everyday. The good thing is that it was for the most part only in the bathroom but definitely sucked because I got a few bites. I never got bit outside lol. The food was just average nothing I had was amazing. Except for the mangos at the buffet in the morning and I I will say I didn't get to try all the restaurants (Indian specifically I wanted to try) because they were booked up all the days I was there.

Beautiful resort! Staff was amazing, beach access was easy and next to a lot of food and drinks options while you are on the beach or at the main pool. I didnt even go tot he pool because the beach was what I was there for but you could hear the music and still vibe.

It needs updating though. The pool was over crowded and very old. It didn’t feel clean. The way you have to fight for food is crazy lol. Wish it was more activities to do on the property. The pool tables were falling apart, hanging on by a thread.

There was lack of activitates, I got burnt the first day so activitates were pretty minimun. Food and drinks could have been better, but for all inlcusive it was pretty okay and tasty still The beds in shadow on the pool were running out always

The food was great because there is buffet 3 times a day and 200 options, nightly restaurants are not that good. I prefer the buffeet. The beach is great, the drinks are cheap but quite okay

Rooms: they looked nice but not as clean as I would have expected. Our sheets had stains but the cleaning ladies were awesome and changed them right away. We did find two cockroach and that was quite gross. I mentioned it to the front desk and all they said was thank you. There were mosquitoes in the room and this was annoying bc I had a baby. There were also little nats. This was my least favorite part of our trip but we still tried to make the best out of it.

So where do I start… I have so many things to stay but I’ll keep it short. I traveled with my husband and my 10 month old. Staff: I thought they were super helpful. Very attentive to our request in general. They played with my baby all the time and she loved it. Food: I saw the reviews and we were a little nervous but it was very good. My husband and I have stayed in a few all inclusive and it’s sometimes hard to get good food since it’s made in volume but we loved this one. The main buffet has a very Latin flavor and we saw plenty of options. The deserts were delicious and didn’t taste old like in other resorts we’re been. The other restaurants were delicious except the steak house where you had to pay if you truly wanted some good steak. The wasabi, Italian and the Japanese restaurant were great. We were able to get reservations for all. Drinks: they were okay. If you need stronger or lighter you just need to request it. Also, some bartenders are better at making drinks than others and it also depends how busy it is. Comfort: so this one is tricky. The lobby and other areas of the hotel don’t have any AC and that was very uncomfortable for my husband and my baby. I am used it so it was okay for me but they were pretty hot and sweaty. Entertainment: we tried to look in the app and sometimes found it hard to follow. We would ask around and it seemed that the staff weren’t very informed and didn’t guide us. My husband and I just wanted to hear some good music and we kept asking but noone would guide us. We found that the bar next to the lobby was great with music but again no AC so a little hot. We later found out that the beach had the parties but that was our last night so a little late. We loved that it was more of a family hotel and plenty of kids around.

Every thing was far when I did see a trolley and ask for a ride the guy said NO mind you he wasn’t doing anything but talking on the phone so I just started walking

We were not told we had to make reservations for the restaurants for dinner in advance. Several of the restaurants had not great food.

1. All the high chairs were supremely dirty! Is there no one looking at these to clean them? It’s babies that are using them which means they’re gonna get dirty. Cleanliness was lacking. 2. We were having dinner at Pescador and my baby was acting up so we had to leave, I asked if we could box up the dinner- I was told no. Why not? 3. My friend’s ground floor room got flooded out and it took her 6 hours to get her room changed and sheets. Johnson at the front desk told us at 8pm that everything was done so we went to dinner- when she came back at 12am -still no sheets! 4. The WIFI IS THE WORST I have ever experienced at a hotel. No way!

Loved the carts coming around to drop and pick up. The food was great everyday I ate well! Especially the buffet down by the steakhouse by the beach. Loved the room! Perfect layout and the bathroom was awesome. All food service was great.
