Our room didn't have any tea bags or instant coffee until the second day. Slightly surprised given that there was a kettle and cups. Perhaps this was a ploy to get us to use the fancy (charged for) coffee. The items in the buffet that should have been hot were only warm (in my opinion). The toaster was pretty weak and didn't really brown the toast even though the bread was put through several times (this was pointed out to staff in case it was a case of adjusting the settings - it wasn't)

Location is excellent for the main things like Tivoli, the main train station, and the city centre. The staff on reception were very helpful. The room was a good size, warm, and quiet even though it faced the street. The in-house cocktail bar was very nice and not too pricey.

They allowed us to check in early because the room is already ready for us. The location is very good. For a first time to visit to Copenhagen, it is very accessible to a lot of scenic places

Great location. Good breakfast. Nice room (bathroom was a bit small). Clean and comfortable. An extra elevator would help. Friendly staff. Lobby/bar is cozy. We were very happy with our stay.

Overall a lot of positives and was great stay and very easy. Great location and good value for money in my view. The only small point to make is that we asked to stay for an extra hour and there was a charge, I totally understand why but the hotel didn’t look full so perhaps could have used that chance to really exceed expectations - but overall I would absolutely stay again!

First stop on my 2-week Scandinavian trip and Wide Hotel did not disappoint. I arrived early and there was a locked luggage storage area I could put my bags until check in. The bed was very comfortable. There was a lovely espresso machine in the room and a mini bar. The location was ideal for everywhere I wanted to go. Absolutely lovely hotel.

The room was pretty small, which in itself was not an issue, but that did mean there was no space for a bedside table/locker on either side of the bed to put things (such as spectacles!) next to your bed at night

A very smart hotel, much larger inside than it would appear from the outside. The location is perfect, almost every sightseeing attraction is within easy walking distance. The breakfast choice is decent, enough, with the breads in particular being very tasty. The bar has a nice classy feel to it, and was priced no worse than other bars we visited.

Super good location very close to everywhere and central station for an easy arrival. My room wasn’t ready for check-in when I arrive and reception didn’t give the warmest of welcomes. The room was quite small but perfect for me traveling alone with a carryon. I stayed for four nights and I did encounter nicer people at reception continuing so no harm no foul 🤗 everything is clean and comfortable!

Housekeeping randomly enters the room for cleaning even when guests are in the room, and the "do not disturb" sign is on the door! This was the first time I've ever experienced this. It was an invasion of privacy and felt really awkward. There should be a system where housekeeping enters only if the "please clean my room" sign is on, or if the guest is not inside the room. While the breakfast was good, it was exactly the same for all 5 days of my stay. There could be some variation so guests don't get bored.

Location is excellent - 300 metres from the Metro. Walking distance from Tivoli Gardens. Close to several restaurants. The front desk was friendly and welcoming. Comfortable beds, great views from 2 balconies from the 6th floor room in which I stayed.
