The bed was a shocker. The matrass was lopsided, so you could only use half of it, plus the head of the bed was against the radiator which inturn cooked your head during the night, or after turning it completely down the room became relatively cold quickly.

The electronic lock for my room was a little confusing as there was no way to see if it was locked when I was inside. I would prefer an additional physical lock of some kind.

Check in was very convenient with electronic lock outside. Location is nice and pretty quiet, close to a railway station. The room was spacious and clean, there were also free snacks and a kettle.

Elevator did not work.

Right at the city center. Good place if you pass by. The room is good and functional.

The room was a bit on the warm side as with even with the radiators turned off the 'large' hot water supply pipes gave quite some warmth to the room. OK as I could open the window but I imagine in summer it may be more uncomfortable unless the heating system is totally switched off.

The location of the Hotel was perfect for me and the communication with the owner was very simple (via text), he managed to sort out the parking 'ticketing' for me very quickly. Though I never met any staff 'in person' the provision of access codes was very good and made my stay very comfortable.

The only concern I could have is that there was not breakfast included. But, there were bakery in the supermarket at 5 mins walk.

There is only ONE LITTLE VERY LITTLE THING, when we go through the corridor, just in front of the garbage bins for PAPIR, PLAST, RESSTAFALD, there is like a little step that is not levelled to the floor. If you don't notice it, you can fall. Is there any way to put like somehting like a white strip so people can see right away that the floor is not levelled and it goes a little up or down? Just a little, but very little thing, but I think it is important because for older people and even younger ones, it is not too safe!!!!

We were a bit unlucky with a group of people standing in front of their doors, being drunk and loud.

Bad smell of drain or toilet whole stay. And did write with the staff who even denied that other guests have ever ever been complaining. Not a relevant argument at all. Too hot, way too hot. Also wrote to staff asking them kindly for a ventilator. But no luck since our room was apparently on the wrong side of the Building - smelling bad and way too hot.

If I have to mention, there must have been better if bathroom was directly connected to family room. You need to go out from room to aisle ( there is possibility to meet other guest )and open the lock at the door to bathroom.

We booked a family room. Check in/out was very easy. Room is very large, modern, and clean. Hotel amenities are very convenient and stylish.

My stay at Visionhous - a staffless hotel was nothing short of perfect, providing a seamless and efficient experience ! The hotel itself was beautifully maintained, and my room exceeded expectations in both cleanliness and size, proving to be far more spacious than the images suggested. The location was in the center of Frederikssund, with walking distance to everything. We met the cleaning staff on our way out and they were so sweet and attentive. Asked us about our stay and wished us a good weekend.
