Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe rooms are quite small but not a problem if you're out and about. You also have to book cleaning by 10pm which we kept missing! Location is a tad bit further out but all walkable and there are taxis.
The hotel was good. It was comfortable and the staff were great. There were 2 restaurants and bar so options for food choices. Spa was a great addition to a long day out!

United KingdomWe didn’t want our room cleaned or towels changed and so didn’t book cleaning, but the room was cleaned and towels we’d left hanging for re-use were changed on day one. On day 2, despite leaving the do not disturb sign up while we were out, the same thing happened again. Being very environmentally conscious, this was a disappointment.

United KingdomWe were unaware the rooms we booked were not joined together. We had 2 young kids so this made this a less than ideal situation. We asked if we could move but there were no ajoing rooms left and no further solution. Also nothing is free that's in the room even on top of the mini bar (sweets and crisps) we did not realize this until too late, the information is not clear. It would have been nice to have some information on the best ways of travelling through the city or just some guides.
Excellent facilities for families, from breakfast with Rasmus Klump, play rooms and excellent swimming pool.

Pool and gym areas were clean and not too crowded. Easy to walk into central Copenhagen and you're close to the waterfront for some refreshing walks. Staff seemed nice on any interaction I had with them.

United KingdomLet down by house keeping standards but otherwise the rooms are good with individual homages to the Tivoli gardens for you to look out for if you visit.
The excellent salt water pool was a pleasant change to normal chlorinated hotel pools. Breakfast was very good too.

United KingdomLocation from the centre was a bit of a walk, but manageable. Whenever we went to the pool/sauna there were always lot of kids there jumping in the pool and being noisy. It would have been nice to have evenings as maybe adult only, as it wasn't a very relaxing experience.
