Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. BelgiumCleaning was not included in the price and was asked for cash upon arrival. Don't know why this cannot be included in the booking price?
Stayed in August 2023. 15 minutes walk from the beach and railway station. Lots of stores and shops very near. Owner lives next to the appartment and is very helpful. Fully equiped kitchen, cosy sofa.

Comfortable, super clean, well equipped. We felt very welcome. Our hosts even gave us fresh eggs from their own chickens, and a bottle of wine. A great location, with a beach nearby and easy commuter trains to get into Copenhagen.

The resident is nearby the beach and park so lovely place and fully recommend whose love natural must be here. I would like to rate 10 stars for this residence and fully recommend for the solo travelers to come right now.

HungaryHidden cleaning fees, which can only be paid in cash (DKK). Sheets and bedlinens were disgusting, full of black hair. The outside of the building was under construction.
Quiet neighborhood, free parking, spacious, well equipped kitchen and living room.

United StatesThe outdoor lighting was non-existent, they did not inform us in advance that they were in the process of renovating, so there were many unfinished areas (doors), entryway. And we had to almost beg them to turn up the heat (it was late fall and we are use to a warmer climate. Additionally they TV only worked half of the time. Also the wife wasn’t very friendly or accommodating. They husband was more approachable.
I appreciate that they provided a fully stocked kitchen. The cleanliness and location were good.

HungaryNo bedlinen, towel included, only for extra price, which you can find if you check the details carefully. The "final cleaning" was not included either, I had to pay extra for it. It was not mentioned on booking.com page. It costed me almost double the price which was shown on the site at the end. Recommendation: update the description there to avoid other inconvinent sutiation as the place, overall is good, and perfect for staying for short time.
The place is nice, very clear, very tidy.
