Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We booked the superior room with city view and the view from our room window is excellent. Room is spacious and bed are comfortable. Initially was a bit worried when I read about the bad reviews on air condition not working, hot room and lift taking time to come. But I did not have these bad experience at all. Throughout the 3 days stay, I have no problem with the air conditioining though I asked for a portable fan to standby (which was sent to me within 5 minutes), I didn't use it in the end. The staff who sent the fan was also able to help us with the TV casting issue that we initially didn't able to connect ourselves. Unlike what others said about the long waiting time for the lift service, we didn't have this proble, the lift serves us well and fast. We enjoyed out stay here very much!

RomaniaThe interaction with the staff was limited due to the self check in process. They initially disregarded my requests on booking.com for a double bed and no child bed. I went and was able to change the room. I appreciated their willingness to suit our needs. The system just did not process the request, but the room was available as we needed it. I hope it is an ongoing process of perfecting their system, as the staff itself is willing to take care of their clients. The room could have been a bit cleaner, but maybe this was because of the change. There is an old air to this hotel. It is definitely not new.
Great breakfast. A lot of choices and open 3 hours in the morning. Very good position in regard to landmarks and for public transport connections (metro and bus). Next to a nice park with a lake. The city top view is amazing.

Beautiful hotel with clean spacious rooms, great breakfast buffet and friendly staff. It’s within walking distance to Christiania and one of the sightseeing bus stops. The hotel restaurant serves a good selection of dishes and there’s also a Thai restaurant located in the hotel. Guests have free access to the casino which also serves snacks and drinks. Taxi from the airport was about DKK 300

I highly recommend this hotel! The view was outstanding, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel is conveniently located near bus and metro stations. The room and bathroom were impeccably clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Every aspect of our stay was excellent!

Good sized room with all necessary facilities.Breakfast spoilt for choice all really fresh produce altough very busy plenty of seating and attentive waiting staff. Highlight of the stay was dinining in the onsite Thai restaurant its a must best food outside of Thailand. Metro staion nearby and als plenty of taxis at hotel. View from room was looking out to the harbour and canals.
