Room size was too small for 4 people, were not notified of available options like getting an umbrella, how room cleaning works etc.

very tiny room with very little space, bad window view - to a roof with pipes -someone could walk on it, so I was affraid sombody will walk in through open window

located in the town centre, without car traffic. So if you travel with public tranport very good. If you have a car, you need to leave it on a parking space couple of minutes walk away from hotel, which is not very comfortable when you have many bags andsuitcases.

I only stayed for a night, so I did not pay too much attention on the room selection. Took what booking.com suggested. The room itself was nice, but one side of the hotel is build along the next building. So my room had no window - well a window with wall. Wish I had seen this while booking. But everything else was just fine !

A hotel with a lot of charm. Very friendly staff and an excellent breakfast. I wish I had more time to stay there ! WIll come back with more time to spend.

Hit with parking fines. Be very careful to enter your details on the tablets in reception and double check that they have given you the right one as there are 2 different car parks and a different tablet for each. Even if you register but it's the wrong one you will still be fined. Make sure to get the text message confirmation and check with the staff that it is for the correct carpark. The fines cost more than my stay and so far I can not get them refunded, even though they acknowledge I stayed there, and entered details and have a confirmation text, but it was registered on the wrong tablet, as far as I was aware I was using the correct one. If you are in a hire car the hire company will automatically pay the fines and then you have no chance of getting the money back from the parking company APCOA.

There is not really anything to do in spare time around there: no pool, no music or board games in the lobby. The "library" had no books.

The building was marvelous and the rooms were nice. Parking included. Super central location - in the middle of everything. Nice restaurant.

Hotel clean, but daily cleaning of our room missed basic aspects. Hanging space very limited and no tea/coffee tray was disappointing. Parking included but distance from hotel not easy with luggage.

Wifi was disconnected a few times in an hour. The main lamp was blinking all the time. There was half used toilet paper roll in the bathroom. I came to the restaurant for a coffee and waited 10 minutes, but nobody came to take an order. There were two single beds joined together, which is fine, but there ware no additional mat to remove the gap between the mattresses. The room was very poorly soundproofed, I could hear conversations from an adjoining room.

The room was clean. The personnel was very friendly and helpful.

No light near the mirror. Well the magnifying mirror had dead batteries. Apparently no one cared. Pillow was just the cheapest synthetic pillow from Jysk.

It was maybe even exceptionally clean. Everyone was polite.

Even though I got a confirmation by the email from the reception staff that they will provide queen size bed, upon arrival we were told that they do not really have that option available. Instead we had a room with a separate two beds. Besides that, everything was fine.

That they can close the bar on full hotel before 22.00 with many guest returning after a big concert in town - many guest asked if it would be possible to buy a drink but was asked to find a place outside the hotel. a surprise that the hotel dont want to make money on a busy night…

For a hotel in the luxury segment it lacks a bit in many areas. There is no table service at breakfast, the bar is not staffed in the evenings, there is no spa, fitness room, or pool. Not many amenities.

The hotel has comfortable rooms, a nice building and is located centrally.

We asked for a double bed but received twins put together. Room, itself, was very small (the bathroom was large), and it was an upgraded option, for which we paid (i.e., it was not a free upgrade). We were told that we received a room with a view, but the view was toward another building 4 metters apart. When we indicated that maybe they mixed up the rooms, they didn't do anything/offer another room, and it didn't seem that the hotel was full (but we may be wrong about this one). No mini bar or room service or even a phone to ca reception, and calling via cell phone took very long to reach the staff.

People at the reception were very nice. Our room had a spacious bathroom with a bathtub. Breakfast was excellent. Hotel interior was very cosy.
