We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NorwayNo curtains on bathroom window. Felt very exposed. Would not have cost much to give guests the bare minimum of privacy. Do better going forward! No fridge in the room for water/soft drinks. This was an issue since we were in the annex without easy access to the bar/reception.
Very accommodating receptionist who allowed us to check in early. Thanks!

GermanyAs a group just had had breakfast it seemed we just got the leftovers. There was not enough hot water for tea - and no waiter was around. A nice touch would be coffee/tea making facilities in the room.
The Hotel is a historic Kro, very charming - our room was very large with windows to the front and side. The staff at the reception was very friendly. It’s just a short stroll to Fredensborg castle and It’s gardens.

SwedenStaying in the annex was a bit disappointing as it does not have the same historic atmosphere as the main hotel. Lack of lounge facility/sitting room and no tea/coffee in the annex made the stay feel less welcoming. The staff at breakfast were not prepared for gluten or lactose free food despite submission of allergy request at booking. They managed to find some gluten free bread after some difficulty. They struggled to answer food allergy questions with any degree of certainty.
Great location very close to Fredensborg castle and town central area. Beautiful area to walk and bike around. Clean and tidy room with modern fittings.

Very plush hotel close to the Castle/Palace. Larger hotel than expected and plenty of space, not crowded. Evening meal was first class and price reflected that. Plenty of walks available on your doorstep. Local town was quite basic and not a lot to choose from for things to do. Better suited for seeing the Palace and going for walks. Would recommend

Great location near the Palace. We stayed in the annex across the street which had a large set of stairs and no elevator. There was no A/c, but there was a fan. Very good dinner in the restaurant although pricey. Extensive breakfast in a lively setting. Plenty of parking on site.

United KingdomArrived at 7pm, did not see any staff until the morning at breakfast. Dirty tissue on the floor next to bed implies cleaning not that thorough! Lack of pillows, only one very small cushion sized one each. Bed very uncomfortable, mattress was so soft it was like sleeping on a bouncy castle

United KingdomAlthough nice, the room could benefit from newer or restored floors. We could not figure out how to switch off the underfloor heating of the bathroom, which is an issue with the current energy crisis. The TV didn't work properly and may need some attention.
The location and the restaurant are great, and I wished we had more time to explore the park, enjoy the garden and views. All staff were friendly and helpful. There is plenty of free parking. We really enjoyed our stay.

SwedenThe room lacked airconditioning and was very warm. The selection at the breakfast was a bit weak. Would have liked more types of bread, more vegetables and maybe pancakes or toast for the kids. Would love to see a possibility to charge the electric car at the hotel.
