Didnt have a microwave and only 3 channels in english. Wish there was a fan or a cooler for the summer, nights were a bit hot sometimes.

Design economy, large spaces, excellent views, facilities, wardrobes, cabinets, gym, reception friendliness and pet friendly of course (even for large dogs). The design is perfect for to create space for anxious rescue dogs.

It’s one of the best apartments in Copenhagen fully equipped very big 50 square meters you should ask for the higher floors 10 and up in the tower and nothing you will see the all town it’s one of the highest buildings in town

The online apartment manual is a great idea but all the appliance manuals relate to appliances that were in the apartment some time ago - very minor first world problem...

Well presented modern, very clean apartment. Easy to find and very central. The train station that links to the metro is minutes away and we used that frequently to get around. Very nice also to have a gym on the premises. We are a while on the road and it was great to sweat off a big of the travelling excesses...

Not as many restaurants in the area as I'd expect. Perhaps we just went walking in the wrong direction.

Luxurious and comfortable. Expensive, but they allow dogs and the apartments are quite livable, so that makes it worthwhile.

Expected a sea view as advertised. Apparently no large apartment has sea view. Would not have stayed if I knew this. My fault for not reading the details. Location is out of the way.

The swimming pool cannot be accessed during swimming classes and one lady over there was very impolite pushing us to wet a 6 year old hair under a swimming cap, what made the Little one cry, so zero compassion but if you're not travelling with children all should be good. All other staff was VERY helpful however

We stayed in an apartment, it was clean, spacious and had everything required with views of the canal from one window. It was really good! The metro was nearby to get into central Copenhagen, no issues at all! We were attending a concert at the Parken stadium and property was within a 15-20 minute walk (mostly flat) would DEFINITELY stay there again!

Beautiful, spacious, and very well designed apartment. Extremely well equipped kitchenette. Easily accessible by metro from the airport and easy to get to other parts of the city. We liked that it was not in a touristy part of the city. We were in tower 3 and really liked the architecture of the building. Had a great breakfast (extra) at their main building.

Breathtaking. Simply breathtaking. Enjoying the view, we had a view towards harbour and city. It is like you are sitting on a pillow in the air and levitating. An experience above the expectations and above the usual.

It was a charming room, with a complete kitchen. The bed and chairs were very comfortable. I was able to park within the same block. Everything worked great and the staff were pleasant. The dogs really liked their beds.

From minuses it is absence of dryer for laundry, though there is a washing machine. Next is the lack of a towel dryer in the bathroom. And probably the main disadvantage in winter time is poor insulation of windows. The windows are amazing, but they were blowing and we had to put the window near the bed with all the pleiades that were in the room.

We had room 4132 and it had amazing windows with a beautiful view of the new quarter, the harbour and the sea. We almost missed our flight today because we sat on the windowsills for so long admiring the view and trying to remember this beautiful city! The room was designed by excellent designers, many solutions I wanted to apply in my flat during the next renovation.

Would have liked to have 1 or 2 tea bags provided instead of just coffee as arrived late at night so shop was closed. It's not very clear signage for how to get to reception from the main road.

Very spacious, comfortably furnished modern apartment with great additional facilities in the main block. Warm, clean with good cooking facilities and near Nordhavn station

Charlottehaven offers an excellent accommodation. Actually it’s one of the best we have ever been. A beautiful and comfortable apartment, and very helpful and friendly staff. The location is also great for staying and exploring Copenhagen. The train station is just around the corner, and the metro station is a few minutes away. We also used the Movia yellow boat from Orientkaz station. There are supermarkets and bakeries around. Absolutely recommend.

Very clean. Amazing interior design. The view... what is there to say? Like from a dream. The staff very kind and to the point. Nice complimentary chocolates and some coffee capsules, tea and cocoa. Very high quality shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and hand cream, smelled amazing and felt amazing to the skin. Thick and fluffy towels. Well equipped fitness center. There is a parking building (for payment) right next to the place. S-train and metro within 5 minutes from the hotel. The neighborhood is very good and safe.

A great accommodation with a fantastic view of the ocean the city and the currently evolving, interesting architecture of the Nordhavnen. You feel like a seagull flying over Copenhagen, all topped by very friendly staff! We will definitely come back again!

Very practical and clean. There is a fantastic parking right in front of the hotel and then an elevator so very comfortable for luggage ecc. The pool is amazing the employees al very nice and professional specially the two Italian young women at the breakfast. I oils stay again
