Breakfast was awful, don’t include it! This is the only thing we regret - very small choice (only scramble, bacon & uneatable sausages and pancakes from the warm dishes), coffee is the worst I’ve ever had anywhere. Really bad experience.

Excellent location, cozy rooms, good design, it was very warm and the heating could be controlled. No view from a window, however it’s totally ok considering the main sightseeing Nyhavn is in 5 min walk. There is a parking garage in 10 minute walk as well which has a deal with the hotel. Was very convenient as it’s not easy to find a safe spot in a covered garage when you are on a road trip. Very decent hotel overall.

we had a budget room, I am not sure about the other rooms however our room was very small and its really hard to fit in there with two people. The shower and the toilet was the same, if you shower you get the whole bathroom wet basically. but plenty of towels are being provided.

It is close to the train station, within 15 minutes with luggage we were able to reach the hotel by foot. the location was perfect, just in the city center two minutes walking distance from Nyhavn. the personnel at the lobby were helpful and we checked it very quickly. the rooms are very clean and they offered us an umbrella since it was pouring outside.

You can see through the bathroom doors so can see people on the toilets. The same in the toilets by reception. The hotel looks like a tired hotel that’s had a facelift. Walls are very thin and even premium rooms felt quite small.

The breakfast had no vegan options at all and generally it was quite disappointing for the price. The room was very dusty and there were only danish TV channels.

We had to bring our small dog (yorkie) with us because no one could take care of him while we were away. It was freezing and snowing outside and they told us the dog couldn't spend more than 30min alone in the room, so we had to bring him with us outside all day, which wasn't ideal.

Location was perfect. We never tried the breakfast cause we preferred to try coffee shops. Room was nice and clean, pillows weren't the comfiest though.

cleaning! sorry to write this but the floor was too dirty. the bottom of my socks turned black. I think the floor hasn't been wiped or swept for a long time. curtains were a little dusty. bathroom was clean, towels were clean, no problem with the bathroom. A small hanger to hang our wet towels would be nice.

location is perfect, short distance to central (7 min walk) from airport to city centre 7 station away (15 minutes) (M2 metro), from metro station to hotel 5-7 minutes.

Rooms were functional but basic. Beds not that comfy as essentially was a mattress topper. Unfortunately there was work going on that week with drilling etc starting at 7.30am. Apart from that everything else was excellent.

Hotels location was fantastic. Situated up a quiet side street and stones throw away from Nyhavn and the Christmas Markets. Breakfasts were exceptional. We requested a room with a bath which the hotel accomodated. Staff were all helpful, friendly and polite.

Location. You can have a stroll in "New Harbour" just in 3-5 min, on foot and of course to visit many other interesting places. Also, there are some very good restaurants just around the corner. Staff. Very friendly and always willing to help out.

The bathroom needs better airing for condensation. Not much to see out the window. Space a bit small for a longer stay. They could upgrade the coffee:)

Even if we booked a premier room, the space was quite small and not at all as show it the pictures. I don't see the point of having 3 chairs in such a small environment. If you shower, the bathroom gets completely wet.

It is a just out of the city centre, but only a short walk. Copenhagen is so easy to get around.

We booked a business room as it looked decent in size but too far too small compared to what it seems in the photo. This was the only flaw related to our staying in this amazing hotel.

Staff and location expectional! Just a few mins away from the Nyhavn and metro. This hotel is so central that you can walk easily to any copenhaghen landmark. I loved the hotel design and jazzy mood, very arty and warm. The room style is also very designish and modern. Breakfast with a variety of choice, also gf bread. Good segafredo coffee compared to the others drunk in cafe and restaurant by far too strong. Our room faced the main street however no traffic noise. We love the shower and all the Rituals beauty products.

The rooms are quite small, the bathrooms even more. However, they are all very modern and clean!

Nice hotel, excellent location! The staff was super-friendly and we liked the vibe of the hotel. We would certainly come back.
