Location was perfect - right on the canal and easy access to the metro. We walked most places. The staff was very helpful and even were able to get our room ready by 9:30am since we arrived in Copenhagen early.

Great location. Easily walkable to other parts of the city. The receptionists were extremely kind and helpful and allowed us to store our bikes inside. The breakfast was also delicious.

Very comfortable beds, comparable to firm memory foam mattress in the US. Most comfortable beds I’ve ever encountered at a hotel. Pillow was too firm for me but I brought my own. Short walk to the metro, which is amazing. We didn’t have the breakfast, instead went to Union Kitchen and Farumhus, Bageri & Konditori both were great. Union has a large menu and excellent food, Farumhus has pastries and great coffee. Right on the canal next to HC Andersen’s house

They do take advantage of Tourists. When I initially arrived from the Airport, the airline lost my luggage. After many hours conversing with the Airline, they "may have" found it. However, my first night I was without everything, including toiletries. I asked for a courtesy Toothbrush, like all these 1 and 2 star hotels provide Free for such an emergency. Hotel Bethel did bring me a Toothbrush and toothpaste and said nothing about a charge. Of course, I thought it was a courtesy, as they never mentioned any fee and, it is a common hotel courtesy. When I checked out, they charged me 35 Danish Krone for the Toothbrush, which I thought was horrible and overpriced. I told the day clerk who settled my account that should not have been charged, as no fee was ever mentioned. He simply ignored me. TERRIBLE GUEST SERVICE!! So, the Staff will take advantage of Foreign Tourists and nickel and dime you. BEWARE!!

Excellent hotel in a great location around a 5-7 min walk from the Kongens Nytorv station. We stayed in a Superior Deluxe Double Room which was quite spacious, very clean, and had a beautiful view overlooking Nyhavn. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly, helpful, and courteous. Thanks to Miriam for making our stay memorable! Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location, right in Nyhavn. And we were very lucky as we were given a room which overlooked Nyhavn. The hotel is nice, well appointed, the room is simple and comfortable, breakfast is fine with a choice of various breads, cheese, ham, fruits, cereals and dried fruits.

The breakfast choices were limited, but everything was good, The location is in the heart of the restaurant and bar district, while being within walking distance of The Stroget, the Little Mermaid, and the Castle. There is a Hop-on Hop-off bus stop directly across the street and boat tours are available nearby..
