Everything. The accommodation was really well equipped and in a beautiful location overlooking a lake and a convenient tram ride from the city centre. It was perfect for us as a family with young children (3 month old and a 4 year old)

washing machine bit hard to use, dry, washer door did not open for long time after complete. bedside outlet did not work. thermostat awkward to use, temperature hard to turn down or off, it was too hot. textile sofa should be leather or smooth - easier to clean/wipe.

loc on lake. still central. walking distance to all. tram great. practical room, with even washing machine (though not easy to use), kitchenette, not tiny fridge ; ), not tiny shower, not typical small table, sofa, bed, big closets, entrance into hotel + from street in ground floor : ), all big floor to ceiling glass walls ; ) with curtains. table & chairs outside. automatic doors at hotel entrance. pet friendly ; ) friendly staff.

lobby and reception empty from 4pm, to possibility to have a late night drink and chat in the lobby / restaurant. need to go out and the location is not the best to catch a taxi

Can be a bit noisy at nights on weekends, holidays, but not that bad, and doesn't go that late.

Great large apartment with views over a local lake, close to bus that takes you to train station very quickly and easily, with paths for biking or walking nearby parks, with a bicycle easy to get to other historic locations around town. Well equipped kitchen, came with washing machine and drying rack, very bright.

I had to have couple of zoom mtngs and I would appreciate stronger wifi. Also the bedroom part of the appt is without a window, so if the sliding doors are closed, it blocks air circulation. Sliding doors do not provide enough noice barrier if I had to work from early morning and the other person wanted to sleep. However, it was my mistake as the floor plan is clearly displayed among photos. We are definitely coming back-I will just book 2appts.

Everythink, well equipped kitchen, washing machine in the appartment, iron and ironing board as well. Large windows-a lots of light. Quiet place, nice neighborhood, bistro downstairs. Garage next door.

Can't think of anything specific. Everything was beyond our expectations. At the same time, it is important to say that the hotel does not have air conditioning. There is a system that constantly keeps the temperature in the rooms at 25 degrees. Therefore it is not hot in the rooms.

This is a fantastic hotel, perhaps the best-equipped hotel we have stayed at. We traveled as a family with three children, and the rooms were simply amazing with a view of the bay with boats. The staff was perfect. The hotel is in the best location you could ask for in Potsdam, within walking distance of all the important centers of the city. We highly recommend this hotel.

The table and chairs are really nice, but chairs are very low and not ideal when working with a PC for a couple of hours.

Large room with beautiful view on the Tiefer See. I loved the location at the Schiffbauergasse, close to the city, in an attractive area with nice cafes (fabrikcafe) and really good Italian restaurant in the neighborhood, bio supermarket in walking distance. Tram station close by and rental bike station directly in front of the hotel. Hotel room and kitchenette were perfectly furnished for my stay.

Nothing to criticize

Very spacious and well equipped apartment. The location is excellent and a staff is amazing . The bathroom and the shower is also outstanding. Regular cleaning in every 3 days and safe garage for the car. Shops ( Bio/Lidl,Aldi ) are close the city centre is about 20 minutes by walk. The lake and the boat embarkment is just front of the building

great location at the lakeside, still close enough to all attractions (by bike). modern interior design, qualitative and complete equipment (kitchen, furniture in general, washing machine, ironing equipment...), small but nice balcony towards the lake.
