Poorly soundproofed, could hear every single footstep from the upstairs neighbours. Used ear plugs for two evenings and nights. If I book again at this hotel, I would request a room on the top floor. Lastly, dinner at the hotel restaurant was mediocre at best, dry steak and overcooked vegetables. Very friendly staff though!

Spacious and clean room, comfortable bed. Huge swimming pool and sauna area. Outstanding value for money if you're looking for a resort-like experience.

Sauna opens at 16.30. It would be nice ıf it would open earlier. And the bed was a little bit hard.

Unfortunately the room service advertised for food etc did not exist, big minus in my book! Not only the not having it available but the claiming they did !! Not really their fault but we also had limited water supplies for 3 days we were there due to a problem they were working on, not good not even being able to flush the toilet but one of those things and they were trying to fix it as quick as possible.

Very good, well cooked, presented and plenty of it.

Curtains could be thicker and the giant bathroom of the deluxe double room with bath and shower could have better obscuring layers on the windows... only 75% covered and at night the semi transparent foil was a bit more revealing that comfortable... but if aware of it not really an issue

Directly across Hermansweg towards Externsteine... swimming pool and sauna... good restaurant and breakfast... Room had what probably wasn't supposed to be a stripper-pole... but it had a giant pipe next to the bed from floor to ceiling... suggesting anyone move the table a bit to the side would of course never cross my mind but the markings on the carpet suggest we might not be the first to wonder about the possibilities!

Dinner. Dined there two times and two times it wasn't well cooked. The waiter absolutely did the best he could, the cook absolutely not.

Location near the walking trails and breakfast was good. Room was quiet and beds were good.

guest below our room were smoking on balcony, so we had to sleep with windows and door closed. not something the hotel did wrong, but non-smoking room should also apply on balcony

great location, we could start hiking straight from hotel. staff was very friendly and helpful. The swimmingpool was a nice extra which we enjoyed. lovely view from balcony.

The pool is disappointed, the whole wellness section wasn't great. Definitely not value for money, overpriced for what you get if you ask me.

Well, it was a transit stay, the food was nice, but only nice, nothing special. As English speaker the staff did not engaged much with us, kind of what you want, eat and buzz off.

Great Breakfast and super wellness facilities. great pool and 3 sauna's. Staff mega helpful. Cant find any faults here for the price. I will use this hotel as a stop off point on future long journeys.

The hotel staff were super nice and the view from our balcony was beautiful. The hotel is in a great location right next to the forest. There was even easy bus transport to the city. Also breakfast was really good

Very nice place for relaxation. The area is very quiet, beautiful nature around but still easy to get. The room is quite big and comfortable, nice view from the balcony. Very good food in restaurant. Nice swimming pool, gym and sauna. All clean and cozy, friendly staff. I definitely recommend and hope to have opportunity to come again.

Comfortable bed & balcony with lovely view. Tea/coffee in room. Excellent restaurant & great breakfast. We also took advantage of the packed lunch when cycling. Top location near Externsteine.
