Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyDue to the great location there is definitely some traffic noise (buses, trams, cars) which can be heard also while all windows are closed. There probably are some quieter rooms available than the one I stayed in.
Location is right in the city centre and a 1 minute walk from central station. Rooms are very spacious, shower and toilet are separated which I like a lot. Parking garage is right beneath the building with easy access to the reception. Staff was very friendly.

United KingdomJust the shower was a bit dangerous as in so powerful it could flood the whole room if you’re not paying attention.
The location was excellent for the train station and just a short distance from the centre. We found great bars and breakfast spots walking distance. Great for 3 nights and loved how the wardrobe had no doors as you couldn’t possibly leave anything behind. Also it was so quiet as in didn’t hear anyone else in the building. Above or below.

Even during a suspected fire alarm emergency evacuation that night, we saw staff in safety vests keeping everyone informed of the situation. It would be even better if the staff could use loudspeakers to make announcements in both German and English.

CroatiaI felt like german cleaning staff was a bit racist toward other non German individuals but maybe it was just my impression. Also no toiletries or bathrobe or slippers even though it is a 4 star hotel.
The location was perfect, just next to the main railway station and all the trams. Hotel was clean and comfortable and had complimentary bicycles.

NetherlandsThe parking entrance is one of the worst I've ever seen, incredibly narrow and steep, and the parking itself is very tight. For the outrageous amount of money charged per night (22 EUR) it could be better organized, and the lack of EV chargers doesn't help as well.
Excellent location across the largest train station in Europe, with an underground parking facility and friendly staff. Spacious room with plenty of space to sleep and a separate room for children to play! The family room has a bunkbed and pool with balls! Best place to keep your kid entertained! Breakfast is very decent, with okay coffee, great made-to-order eggs and a huge variety of other stuff to taste and enjoy.
