The room had no coffee or tea machine, nor was it provided in the lobby or elsewhere. The signs could be more clear and complete: the first day we missed the Finnish sauna, because it was not indicated and situated outside (and was great, therefore). Our EV-rental car could not be charged in the garage, this was dedicated for Tesla cars only (there is a public charge-point around the corner though).

Nice room and personnel very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very complete, with local products. The Spa was excellent: a large area with some different stations (sauna/steam) to choose. There was a cozy library room for reading.

Two minor, minor things: the bathroom amenities and the pillows. The quality of the soap/body wash/shampoo wasn't great (ubiquitous blue gel, squeezy bottles attached to the wall), and the pillows were very soft and didn't provide for much support. I'm all for sustainable options, so wall-mounted dispensers usually get a thumbs-up from me. But the soaps just seemed quite cheap and the overall effect of the bathroom didn't match the level of quality experienced elsewhere in the room and hotel.

A wonderful hotel for hiking or snowsports, with stylish communal areas and cozy modern rooms (we requested a modern room and were allocated one. Can't speak for the traditional style rooms). All staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The spa area is large and expansive, and if you're into saunas, etc. you have several options to choose from. Even if you're just there for the pool, it's a great place. The restaurant served a delicious breakfast buffet and we were very impressed with the dinner as well - the wine menu was extensive, veggie food options went beyond the usual Bavarian fare (i.e. cheese pasta), and the service was exceptional. Again, the staff get two thumbs up from us, as does the spa area (which was also child-friendly, so that's a plus).

Can not fault the property! The only tiny pick I could have is to say that it would be great to offer the slippers in the rooms with bath ropes - as we were not aware that these are available at reception and went bare foot to the spa.

we took our dog and paid 26 euros per night. I expected we would get at least a treat in the room, like is common in other hotels, despite paying much less or nothing. it was also a bit confusing to find the areas, so would be interesting to put more signs. It says parking free but there are very few places, and they charge 6 euros per night to park I. the hotel’s garage.

This hotel was clearly recently renovated and the rooms were beautiful! In fact, the user manual and extra hardware for the new closets were still on the shelves! Note to management: You should probably remove those. Unfortunately, the new beds were absolutely as hard as boards. As if to make up for the huge mistake with the beds, the pillows were way too soft, making for an uncomfortable two nights’ sleep. The furniture was equally pretty to look at but lacked comfort. Some coffee and tee in the rooms might have helped offset this! Breakfasts were just ok - supplies were always short - both times they were out of cooked eggs. Lunch was also unspectacular. We laughed at the tiny portion of goulash that was served in my husband’s bowl. I would have been embarrassed to serve that to a customer. We have no problem paying higher prices to stay in luxurious hotels, and at our stage in life we often do, but the price should match the overall experience, attention to small, but important details, and service. Here it was significantly more expensive than equivalent hotels in other ski locations, such as Obertauern, and the details were not there to make it worth the higher price. The 9 Euro charge per day for parking was perhaps the final straw for me.

the location was right in town, and close to the cross country ski trails. The spa facilities were fabulous, especially the outdoor heated pool!

The hotel was comfortabel, authentic and well equipped. The rooms was comfortable and clean. The wellnes faciities were also very nice, we anjoyed our stay a lot. The food is amazing, it is worth taking the dinner because the choices are all delicious, there is something for everyone. The churchbell at 7am kept us on schedule to discover the beautiful mountains in the area.

Beautiful location in the centre. Partly renovated buildings and facilities and hopefully they will be able to keep the charm whilst continuing updating the property. Nice wellness area and indoor swimming pool with great garden and views.

Check in was painfully slow. German language is dominated, so English speaking only may have some challenges. We have a private meeting with several friends and families and hence asked to arrange a large table for us for the dinner. They did, yet upon coming to dinner, we were waiting and hanging around for 15min as all the waiters were ignoring us..we found our table at the end, and since then the service was excellent and attentive. The breakfast choice was somethat average for 4*S hotel..

Location is good (a bit complicated parking as they haven't explained upfront), nice rooms in general - some are more modern, but we had German classics - yet all is very clean and excellent quality, no signs of wearing out. Breakfast was Ok, food on dinner was simple but qualitative. Welness areas is truly nice for the price, enjoyed! We had special meeting purpose and they arranged ultra beautiful breakfast table for all os us at no request! That was super surprise.
